Price point. Package weighed 26 lbs. They used dimension pricing. Charged me for 49 lbs. Unfortunately I had all ready shipped and paid. I could have went to fix and sent for 70 bucks less. Will never use thiercservice again. I'll pay a little more for convenience. But cost 120 percent more than if I went to fed ex. That down right rip off.
