The Walgreens on Mulberry could not fill my prescription. When I called on Thursday, I was told it would be here today. It wasn't.
They said this Walgreens could fill the prescription. I called this Walgreens, and they were very polite on the phone and had my prescription done promply.
Great service and people skills.

I recently visited the Walgreens pharmacy and had an excellent experience. The store was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with a wide variety of products. The pharmacy staff were professional and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions about my prescription. My medication was ready quickly, even though the store was busy. Additionally, the pharmacists provided valuable health advice and recommended over-the-counter products that complemented my prescription perfectly. Overall, the efficient service, friendly staff, and convenient location make this Walgreens my go-to pharmacy. Highly recommended!

The pharmacy is a very busy place I missed an appointment but they graciously got me in anyway they're very busy but they always seem to be very pleasant and helpful.

Be careful to check your prescriptions here. They gave me the wrong strength prescription in a bottle that said the right strength prescription. I have taken this drug for years and knew the pill was the wrong color. I checked on the website drugs.com for the pill image to confirm the wrong dosage. They did replace it, but it is unconscionable to give the wrong medication or the wrong strength medication.

Horrific. Worst pharmacy mngr. Didn’t care, didn’t listen and just stood his ground, after they made a mistake. It cost me money and my time. All he could say is…it was my mistake not theirs. DO NOT trust that this pharmacy will do the right thing or fill your medicines correctly. I will never use another Walgreens for anything…never walk through a door again. Save your time and go next door to Publix. I’ve reported to corporate office. DON’T waste your time here.

Was here straightening out an issue with a script. I had called the day before and spoke to the pharmacist I had a difficult time hearing him. When I arrived to pick up my script the next day I figured out why, he takes phones calls while on speaker!! What the eff?!? What about privacy! He should know better... this is totally unacceptable... anyone waiting for a script or standing in line can hear very single thing!!! This is wrong in so many levels..

They Texted me that my prescription was ready for pickup a day ago…. Went in today, they said not ready/out of stock, no idea when expected.Call before you go.. also consider Publix Pharmacy, at least they don’t tell you lies..This will be my last prescription to Lake Deaton Walgreens

On 3 separate occasions they have kept me on hold for over 30 minutes. I then drive over and ask them to answer their phones, inconsiderate customer service.
