One star is way too much. I used to love this place, been going here 3 years getting the same meds. All of a sudden yesterday it was a problem. Then the pharmacist wanted to yell out all my medications in front of all the other customers. For the last 2 or 3 months I’ve only paid 78 bucks for one certain med. So this month bcuz the lady was complaining about all the meds I take she wanted to charge me 351.00. Claims it was the insurance, which was a lie bcuz I haven’t had insurance since Oct. So how she can charge me 3.5 times the amount you’ve been charging me? I’ll never understand. Sometimes it’s like they act like they are the pharmacy God’s. I’ve never understood that. She claimed I was using a discount card, no you gave me that price. I will not go back so please people read the reviews. I’ve never had a complains about this place. It is what it is, I can’t say what II really want to say bcuz then I’ll be banned by Google I’m sure. Shame on you for almost letting me run out of my medicine. That wouldn’t have been good. But money is all you care about, at least that’s my take!! Good day to you lady pharmacist. By the way, your aren’t God. You are just a judgmental so and so.

We walked in...went directly to drugs area, found our vitamins, etc. Checked out fairly well with just a short line ahead of us.

I’ve been delayed in returning home to NC. My husband overnighted a USPS envelope with a week supply of prescriptions which ultimately was lost by the post office. I visited this Walgreens store this evening in a panic and Kirk studied my account and promptly filled what I needed for my remaining days here. No doubt I will return to this store when I visit my family.

We have had a couple less than stellar visits here recently but our last 2 visits have been stellar. Someone must have had a little talking to because we were welcomed, treated quickly, and the employees were like that with everyone there (about 5 in line)

Had to make an emergency visit to Walgreens tonight. Kayla in the pharmacy was amazing! I arrived 30 mins prior to closing to pick up 2 prescriptions after a run to urgent care. Kayla was alone in the pharmacy and she was very busy but she did a wonderful job remaining calm, helpful, and positive. She did a fantastic job multi-tasking also.

I had to shop at this location do to item availability at the other locations, NEVER AGAIN! The store has a horrible smell, they did not know how to accept a Walgreens gift card, refused to give me my receipt, all the employees are rude with the manager the worst.

My few months with their pharmacy was okay, I'd rate them a 3-4. When I changed Part D plans I had to change to another pharmacy, which said that I had to call Walgreens to transfer my prescriptions. Walgreens refused to do it unless the new pharmacy called them, stating that they do not "give away their business!" I consider this horrible patient service, putting profit before patient care.

They treat their customers horribly. It's as though they want to make ut as inconvenient as possible since they have a captive audience. Insurance, drug availability, proximity all compel me to buy my prescriptions here from time to time. They just don't care and the pharmacists can be so condescending.Wish I had a choice.

Husband and myself made appointments for covid shots, site said be 15 minutes early. We arrived half hour early. Check in and were told to have a seat. Two walk- Ins came in after us. My appointment 9:10 @ 9:15 I asked an employee why we were not waited on, was told would get to us. It appears you need not to sit in chairs by lab, but we were not told that. So why make an appointment when walk-ins are first serve Just for your info.

Erin, the cashier, could really use a personality check. Very rude and unprofessional. Not sure if I will make the effort to come here anymore if this is how customers are treated. Never heard someone so disrespectful. If you don’t like where you work then don’t work there. Simple as that. Don’t take your personal issues to work. Especially not when dealing with the public. No wonder this place only has 3 stars. Because the cashiers are rude and unprofessional

I like shopping here... But online it says they open at 7 am, and on the front of the store it says opens at 8am.. they need to change the hours online so people don't drive up here at 7 am thinking they're open and then have to wait an hour...
