Just went this morning to pick up my prescription and I needed to print a picture in the photo center. There was no one there and when asked for assistance we were ignored, we asked for help again and the manager in a rude voice said ' to stand there and wait'. Again we waited and finally gave up. As we were leaving the manager came around again and instead of assisting us again asked if we were helped and we told her we were leaving and she yelled in a very loud voice ' have a great day' wanting to embarrass us but only embarrassed herself. Very poor customer service, changing my prescription to a different location!

I have no idea what has happened to the pharmacy part but, it’s horrible now. Twice i was sent around the drive thru, waiting 25 minutes in between as asked. To be tolls there was an issue with my prescription, i needed to come inside. Then when u asked what the problem was with my prescription, the floating Pharmacist Domanique told me the problem was she was busy and she wasn’t going to speak to me about it. The store part is great, but the pharmacy not so much

The webpage never updated. The medicine takes several days to get sometimes. Worst pharmacy/ drug store I've ever seen. So now I'm switching it all over to Centerwell who so far, seem to value me as a customer.

Always clean, safe and friendly. I can count on certain items always being in stock and I can absolutely count on them for any assistance. I always know that I will not waste my time utilizing their store for things that I need. Very friendly, clean and organized - Dependable

Very clean and air conditioned store on corner or Powell and highway. Plenty of parking and friendly help inside. Even a large makeup area with attendant sometimes. Large beer and wine supply. Pharmacy open but see pharmacy hours. Only downside is how long it takes to have a prescription filled. My prescription to 4 visits before the could fill.

The pharmacies are very important part of the drugstore. I tried to get a prescription transferred from Alabama to the store. They told me twice that my insurance had denied it. I called the insurance the next morning who said they never even tried to put a prescription through. They had nothing and didn't know which Walgreens . I went to that Walgreend and gave them my card and all they wanted was the BIN number off off it. I tried to give that to the pharmacist herself during my call and she was too busy to take it she said bring your card here and we'll do it. This could have been done over the phone in less than a couple of minutes. We are in the process of moving here. I will be finding another pharmacy!
Once they straightened out the insurance information the prescriptions came out very quickly. That is the one thing I was happy about.

I ran in early in the morning to get some diaper rash cream. The lady at the cash register was nice. I wish there was a store like this open before 7am tho.

If you have young child who needs medication, do NOT have your prescriptions sent to Walgreens. We had prescriptions sent over Thursday, the inhaler wouldn’t be available until after 3pm. Went to pick it up Friday after 3pm just to be told it wouldn’t available now until Monday. They could have picked up the phone or even sent a text to let us know, so we could call the doctor to have it sent somewhere else. I have the doctor send over another script Friday evening because they told the doctor it was available, but I received no update from Walgreens yet again, no text or call. I call Saturday morning after being told on the Walgreens chat it wouldn’t be ready until Monday. When I speak to the tech, they tell me it’s an insurance issue when I am willing to pay out of pocket for it. Save yourself some frustration and go anywhere else but this pharmacy.

Without any hesitation, one of the worst Walgreens that I had to encountered. Always a wait and don’t carry the medications, so you have to wait days.

These guys are very difficult to get to answer the phone. Winn-Dixie pharmacy closed and they try to steer customers to Wal-Greens, but if you can't get anyone to answer the phone......

The absolute worst customer service! And by the Pharmacy Manager to boot. Very uncaring with a condescending attitude. Unprofessional and no morals at all. When management had to open a register because the line was long she clearly didn’t want to and came with an attitude. I called the night before concerning my prescription, was told it would be ready the next morning. I came in at 11:00 and was told it would be a 40 minute wait! And how dare I ask why! I will tell any person who will listen to not use this pharmacy, this is not the first rude and unprofessional encounter I have had with this NASTY women but it will be the LAST!

The staff seems to be always multitasking with mutliple customers, on the work phone not the one used to speak to us, while waiting on us in drive thru. They close really early in the day which is not accommodating to me. I work days but cant always get there before they close especially on weekends.
