Mom on hospice. Rude phone rep. I asked about the status of her prescription. Had received phone call that it was delayed. I merely asked if she could please give me a status on when it would be filled. She told me I needed to call back because they were all on a lunch break. This was at 1:30 pm.

Worse Walgreens Pharmacy at this location. Renew prescriptions,. Have to wait 3-4 days for them to fill it. Unacceptable!!!!

I’m in the wait line from hell! Was told 45 minutes. Came back 2 hours later, waited in line of 6 cars. They said it wasn’t ready, now back to the end of the line. Now 8 cars. Gonna be another hour. Can I take away a star!

The pharmacy staff at Colony Plaza are the best! Very efficient and serve customers very well! Especially those who serve many customers in line waiting for their prescriptions!

The staff was great. The system has failed, my wife went to get meds for her and me . Mine was not there . But when I went today surprise, they are there. Just finished complaining. Not worth it. Enjoy the holidays.

Nicole (lovely blonde woman who always has such cute nails) is the best pharmacy tech in this store, hands down. While everyone else is polite and professional, Nicole is also an ace problem solver and if there's any issue with my prescription, she does everything in her power to correct it. I think she deserves a commendation for her amazing service and dedication to customers!

The employee wearing dark make up (I think she said her name was Tatiana or Tiana) is super sweet and professional. She handled my transaction quickly and was had sufficient knowledge to answer my questions. I had to buy diapers for my little man and had to brings my kids in to get them, they were being a little rambunctious and she was very patient with me and my kids and was super friendly with my kids. People showing kindness, understanding, and respect for my kids is so important and it is so hard having to take them in places when they won't listen so I really appreciated the care, patience, and understanding of this staff member, she made a stressful trip a lot less stressful.

I'm agitated that I'm apparently more acquainted with the SOPs of Walgreens than the employees are to the point where I have had at various different Walgreens throughout the villages, arguments with both the employees and the managers who are not trained correctly enough to understand their own procedure. Today it was this one but it is not in isolated incident confined to this location
I work a cash business and I deposit money frequently into my chime account at Walgreens.
Walgreens has a policy where they do not deposit more than $500 per day for any particular customer as a reload on cards.
However,
Chime has an exception with them. You are allowed to deposit over $500 per day at a Walgreens on to your chime card.
Not only is this explicitly stated.
I've done it at least 30 times.
However,
At least once or twice a month...
I get an employee who refuses to do this for me and forces me to drive to another Walgreens to complete my deposit into my chime account.
The frustrating thing about this is it's usually after conferring with the manager who is also ill-trained and doesn't understand this procedure.
It wastes my time.
I loathe having my time wasted.
My time is very valuable.
My advice is not only train your employees correct but train your managers too because they obviously are ALL uninformed about their own damn policies.

We recently moved here and have used this pharmacy a few times. They’ve been beyond excellent. The pharmacist and clerks are friendly and really great.

This is by far the worst pharmacy ever. You get notifications that your prescription is ready and it’s not. I would be even ok if they were nice about it. They are rude. And just like every other place in the villages, you are just a number here

Unfortunately such a bad experience.Called to see if they had a medication in stock they explained they could not tell me over the phone to come in and they would see if they had in stock. I went to the location to ask if they had the medication in stock like the lady said on the phone and they explained I needed the prescription in hand. Of course it's a hassle when having a medication since somewhere and there's no stock of that medication So then I have to resend it to a different pharmacy. What a nuisance lots of attitude from the two women behind the counter I was nothing but nice and did exactly what they asked. Just trying to get my kids medication. I shop at my Walgreens at home and have never had a problem with my Walgreens next to Duke hospital so far busier, so grateful I don't live here. Hopefully they were just having a bad day. It happens.
