Yesterday I went to the Walgreens on Kristine Way in need of assistance with printing photos from my iPad. Jala. was an outstanding help. She was very patient, fully explained the process and I was extremely impressed with her ability and kindness.I will now be a regular customer of this store. Thank you Jala

I was having difficulty getting a prescription filled from my Dr's office. I was getting the run around. I spoke with Christina and she was extremely patient, helpful, and helped resolve the issue. This is the kind of customer service that is missing in the world today. I will continue to sing her praises. She went above and beyond to help out. Thanks Christina!!

I was there Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I made a decent size purchase and got a coupon that clearly said $7 off your next purchase of $25 or more.I went in today and bought $25 worth of stuff and they would not take the coupon. I was told it would be credited to my Walgreens account. So I wouldn't get my $7 off unless I went in a 3rd time????What a scam!!!!I will stay with Publix

Was here straightening out an issue with a script. I had called the day before and spoke to the pharmacist I had a difficult time hearing him. When I arrived to pick up my script the next day I figured out why, he takes phones calls while on speaker!! What the eff?!? What about privacy! He should know better... this is totally unacceptable... anyone waiting for a script or standing in line can hear very single thing!!! This is wrong in so many levels..

That girl working at night is rude and will not answer u and I am not going to shop in that store no more because of her I spend a lot of money in Walgreens and I will drive 20 miles before I go in there when she works she needs to shut her mouth and pay attention to the customer s and stop talking about stuff not work related and being rude that’s the 2nd time she did it to me

One encounters a series of dubious stores coming westward from Route 27, civilization begins at about this plaza. I have never been a fan of Walgreens as a chain, but this one is larger, and has wider aisles, than the one up north I have more experience with. It still has the high prices trade off for convenience that they all do. Kathy at the register was proactively helpful in pointing out to me that if I quickly signed up for the loyalty program, my single twelve pack of Pepsi could instead be three for 9.99

I have been a customer for over 25 years. I have never had a problem with one pharmacist there or any of the other Walgreens I have been a customer of. Harry is an amazing pharmacist and always so helpful. But when Harry is not there Colleen is there. She is very rude and condescending to me. Maybe she's great with everyone else but she obviously has an issue with me because it shows when she talks to me whether it's at the store or on the phone. Now when Harry is there she is completely different. Her tone of voice and attitude is completely different so she is aware of her attitude. Colleen has never been helpful. It's the "you do it" mantality. She refuses to help me and if I ask her a question she is rude, condescending and acts like I'm bothering her. Obviously she has no business working with the public. I have been happy at Walgreens these last 25 plus years but Colleen may be the reason to leave Walgreens completely. BTW I do record all my phone calls due to my profession so I do have proof of how she talks to me. Maybe if she knew that I recorded my calls she wouldn't be that way with me anymore. Anyone care to listen? Hmmm...

drive through takes too long people should go into the store if they're not here to pick up or drop off prescriptions and the store employees need to tell these people that.
