Absolutely the worst pharmacy around. I can not fathom the level of unprofessionalism from this lazy, miserable & incompetent staff. If you have ever heard of “people of Walmart” they are the ones working behind the counter at this location. Emily is absolutely the worst pharmacist I have come by and I will undoubtedly be taking my business elsewhere. This place is trash. Looking forward to speaking to corporate about this cesspool.

Must have went there on the wrong day. I dropped off 3 prescriptions to get filled when I went to pick them up they gave me 2 and there was something wrong with my prescription plan . Then informed me that they were closing down for lunch. So I would have to wait for the 3rd one until there lunch was over 45 minutes I had to wait

I’m shocked to see bad reviews for this pharmacy. Possibly because they are one and two years old. I have NEVER had a bad experience at the neighborhood pharmacy on Heald Way. In fact I transferred everything from Walgreens who always made you feel like they were doing you a favor!! The staff at this Walmart are exceptional with customer service!!!

Came to Walmart with my wife did our shopping and when I showed up to the pharmacy to buy allergy medicine they asked me if I wanted 12 hour or 24 hour so I turned and asked my wife what she prefers and because my wife did not have her ID they refused to sell it to me. I am 55 years old had my ID but my wife because we just came from the gym did not have hers but they still refuse to sell me the allergy medicine. The pharmacist was very rude and gave me some terrible hypothetical situation about buying alcohol for a minor which my wife is 45 years old which was insulting and degrading. I went across the street and bought her her allergy medicine at Walgreens instead. I've never been treated so poorly without any type of understanding. This is one of the worst situations I had ever experienced in a retail establishment.

Worst Pharmacy, never accurate on fill times. No sense of urgency and just a disregard for customers. Stay away there are many other pharmacies near that area. Save yourself the headache and time stay away from this specific Walmart Pharmacy

Very nice people. Professional and knowledgeable. Fast filling prescriptions. Very competitive pricing. Love that they have a drive through window.

*UPDATE*I'm seriously considering finding another pharmacy. I have repeatedly had to return multiple times to get a prescription because the staff gave me a time and when I returned it still wasn't ready. Some refills appear to come from a central pharmacy in Orlando which may cause a delay. But the most frustrating interaction I had was when I took a prescription to the pharmacy and the tech advised the insurance company didn't wanna cover it... so she goes to hand me back my prescription. Seriously? Do what every other pharmacy would do and fax a preauthorization form to my doctor. The tech advised that it would probably take a week. I got it the next day. Just seemed like she didn't wanna go through the process. I guess my expectations are too high... it's Walmart after all.BTW, change the ink on your printer. I can't even read the literature that came with my prescription.

Have been getting all our meds there for the past 6 months. We use the drive through window. Never any problems. People are always very polite and professional. Will continue to use them. Thanks Walmart. Your prices are great.
