Needed wire transfer. Scheduled appointment, lots of folks waiting when we arrived but we got right in. Mary was very nice and efficient. Much better than another branch we used before.

Twice I scheduled an appointment with the banker. Twice I sat waiting for the banker for one hour past the appointment time. Finally the banker states it will be another 30 minutes before she can help me. So I'm supposed to wait one hour and thirty minutes past the appointment time? No, I immediately closed the account and found a better bank. Avoid Wells Fargo, poor customer support.

If you don't want to work then quit your job!!! Incompetent people handling your money isn't exactly good for business but hey, do you! Maybe I'll finally be able to convince my husband to come over to the credit union life ??♀️

July 15 @ 2:20: Manager would rather sit around and do nothing than work. only one person behind a desk to be able to help a gentleman plus myself when she already had her desk with occupants the manager comes out and tells the gentleman and I that we both have to wait on that one lady. I don’t understand why she couldn’t help us herself. I got up to leave and she joked with the other gentleman about him sitting all day with her. I didn’t see any of it funny. Right after I walked outside that gentleman also left. Being that it’s the village’s Wells Fargo in Florida, I would think they would have more courtesy towards their customers! Wells Fargo already closed my account for being un active, which is a stupid reason to close an account. I just recently sold 10 acres of land and maybe I will take my money elsewhere. They lost 3 customer in 5 mins that went right next door to regions. One only wanting a credit card. Your loss well Fargo

The strange thing is the banker is telling me to take my business elsewhere... bankong with Wells Fargo before and after marriage through name changes and many moves, refused to notary legal documents because it stated formally known as.. and now known as.. If you need legal documents signed dont waste your time! They don't even know what they can and can't notarize, don't you have to be certified to do such?! Shameful! When my legal process is done, Im closing my account and moving to a bank that knows their business better.. waste of nearly 15 years in business!

The teller I keep getting puts excessive holds on all my checks for my business account and its messing us up financially big time. This time the hold is 2 WEEKS! THATS CRAZY!! we will only be getting 225 dollars for the next two weeks of the check in our account!! I'm tired of feeling like I'm discriminated against because I have colored hair, tattoos, and I'm young. I run my business legally. Shame on this branch and the teller.

Long waiting lines endured in person are constantly seen and all the extra information one must wait through when calling to check on an account, appears as a selfish action taken by the bank, as they save their time and your money at your expense!

Wellsfargo customer service shut down my bank card without my permission while I was out of town on business, leaving me without any funds. Additionally, all representatives were rude, spoke over me, actually snickered when I stated I would have to sleep in my car, and then wanted to talk back rudely saying they didn't make a mistake until I proved they had made the mistake. Then they just said "Oh, yeah" in a snotty tone. I am withdrawing all of my funds on Monday and closing both my savings and checking accounts. This institution can not be trusted. I am better off using no bank at all than these folks.
