“Matthew was very helpful, personable, and professional when he was assisting me. I thought I was going to wait an hour until someone can help me with my situation in which I was fine with waiting. But Matthew was effectively strategic by finding another rep to take over his place so that I could receive his assistance quicker. It was unfortunate to hear that half the staff was sick, which is why service was slow. I could understand that. But for me, Matthew's service was above and beyond with customer service with just half of the staff being present at work. Excellent service!”
“This is my local branch and I use the ATM frequently. It's well lit, always working and never any issues. I've been inside several times, too, to set up an account, when I lost my card (oops) and for info on foreign currency exchanges. The staff here have always been helpful and pretty fast. I appreciate knowing in this day and age of everything being done from an app or online, that there are still smiling faces inside should I need help!”

“This location carries consistently in customer service focus. I have always appreciated the foresight, kindness and professionalism the employees carry. I write this review to say thank you to the team on staff today and always. But for today I want to apologize to the team for having to deal with an irrational customer. This customer called in a complaint while in line bc she was having to wait in line..... hmm let's consider it was lunch hour, on a Friday, and a holiday weekend... it's called "peak" hour and we're been monitored to appropriate covid guideline distancing in the line. The employee guiding the line was calm, empathetic and soothing but this customer wasn't swaying from her perception. It took every piece of power within me not to personally address the customer. But all in all, the customer was next by the time she hung up from her complaint call. I will never understand people like this. One last thank you to the employees here for making this location a pleasurable experience.”

“This is our neighborhood Circle K. The staff and management on-site are wonderful! This store is totally neglected by the corporate office and should be ashamed. They definitely need a new Polar Pop machine!!”
