Omar came quickly and fixed my refrigerator. I am elated that he was able to fit me in so quickly and had the parts on hand.

Charged me $275, came out twice still not fixed and told me to cut my losses. I asked him to come back out and he refused. Probably the worst customer service and worst genuine person I’ve ever met in my life. It’s Christmas time and I’ve lost my fridge and his words cut your losses.

Second time I've had him out to look at my fridge for different issues. He was prompt, found some issues and fixed them, and my favorite part...he gave me tips for how to keep things working well. A tech who shares his knowledge is a great tech.
