John was my night in shinning armor he arrived just in time to save my day. I was struggling to get inside of my storage unit and he popped up at the right time while doing his routine walk to check the buildings and john assisted me by drilling the lock out and replacing it with a new one he was fast and efficient I overly loved his energy and his effort to make sure he rectified the situation. Once again he’s amazing and after the mess the drilling made he can back and cleaned up the mess that was even though it wasn’t much. I truly appreciate him and the amazing job he did.

Been here for 3 years , no problems. Polite & helpful employees. Today Areial very rude , argumentative. There was no reason for her arguing& hollering about my debit card replacement with new card. Thinking about changing storage place due to her attitude!

Absolutely amazing experience. I called looking for an outdoor unit which was not available and was advised to keep checking back. Within 15 minutes I got a call back, letting me know that the system that updated was available and was able to complete the whole reservation and leasing process over the phone. It was very simple easy And the gentleman I spoke to I forgot his name, but he was extremely helpful and got everything done so quickly and Easily

OMG, JUST RENTED A UNIT!! Rochonta was SOOOO NICE and knowledgeable, she showed us a unit, and at first we weren't sure if we were gonna rent, but Rochonta's kindness sealed the deal for us. 5 STARS.
