“This is probably the best customer service I've ever had. Ever. Not just in the money order business, but ever. I walked in and had someone greet me instantly with a big smile and a directive even though there were at least 6 people at the windows. There was one woman working so she had us go each to a window so she could do all the transactions at once. While we waited on her for a few seconds, she gave us tootsie rolls under the window and apologized for the wait. Jenelle, you are awesome.”
