“I had the pleasure of having Chris J and Josh P be my packers/movers. They kept me informed, were very professional, diligent and polite. Florida weather can be a challenge and the day of the move was no exception. We made it about two hours into the move when the skies opened up. Chris and Josh pushed through, were soaked head to toe but never complained. I would recommend this company and these gentlemen for any move in the future! I want to give a shout out to David R in scheduling, he was very comforting and took the time to answer any and all questions/concerns I had about this move. “Everyone was wonderful, from Michelle providing an estimate, Teresa taking calling and emailing me to ensure everything is going smooth to the incredible guys that moved us. I can not say enough wonderful things about the guys on the loading and unloading days (we had two separate days). The moving guys were very careful with our items, moved the items where we needed them to be moved and sometimes moved a second time. Seriously moving is very stressful, but everyone made it as pleasant as it could be. I have used this company 3 times, I hope I don't have to move for a long time, but if I do I know this company will be moving us. Thank you all for everything and all the care you gave us.”

I'm packed to the hilt, but had to keep one storage unit cuz it wouldn't all fit.?D is extremely AWESOME and the hardest worker of all. “I wrote this review on ****** in June 2022 and shocked by these 2 negative reviews, I just had to re-post my positive review here, especially since I plan to call them AGAIN. That's how much I loved their service. BTW, they DID tell me, up front, about their 3-hour minimum and the cost of their truck. I just hope their prices didn't go up too much from the last time I used them. Still, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. Anyway, here is my full review as posted on ****** last year:The short version, for those of you who want the bottom line and don't read long reviews: I had an awesome experience with 2 Friends and a Truck and I highly recommend them.For those of you who like details: ****** is such a pleasure to work with. I don't know if she is the owner, but she took ownership and showed interest in working with me on my last minute move and followed up without leaving me hanging. She is friendly, with an upbeat personality and professional. From the sound of her voice I imagine she was smiling the entire time we spoke.The crew she sent over, **** and ****, were absolutely awesome! They worked quickly and efficiently and still took the time and care to wrap my heavy furniture. They were especially careful with my 70" TV. I recommend you get an appropriate TV box, but I was pressed for time and didn't have one. So they improvised, using a workout mat to protect the screen and extra material to keep in stationery during the move. I mean really... They treated my stuff as if it belonged to them! That's above and beyond quality service.I highly recommend Two Friends and a Truck for your next move! In the past 20 years I have moved 8 times, so I know a thing or two about movers who have damaged my furniture, hit me with hidden charges, and caused major stress. One mover DOUBLED my quoted price and held my furniture hostage on the truck until I paid. So... When I say 2 Friends and a Truck are honest, reliable, friendly, and professional, I say it from experience. ”

Every moving company I called treated me like I was a number and did not listen when I was discussing the value, sentimentally and monetarily these items were worth. When I talked to Florida Boys moving they listened and understood what was involved in moving these items. “Alex and his team are absolutely amazing. I’ve used them 3 times moving during the past 7 years and I would not use others as long as they are in business! I have a million of items and the move took us 2 days. Each day the load and unload only took 2 hours for a full truck of items! The guys are so fast, professional and you almost feel like they are running around while carrying heavy items. Alex is top notch in organizing and he fit everything in 2 trucks which surprised me completely! Nothing was broken and he took great care of everything based on the way he packed. Highly recommend!”

However, the way David from Estes final miles local agent handled business was very professional and he took it upon himself to fulfill a promised delivery schedule. Wow! When my shipment didn't make it to the truck's capacity for the day, David made a special trip to deliver our shipment. “Pads is the way to go if you have an apartment or a smaller home that you want to move your items into at your convenience and the staff is very very good. My only critique if you will, is watch your billing once you've been completely done using pods because I did get build extra for something I did but request, and they will great about removing it and crediting me. Overall I would give this 5 sours if it wasn't for the billing issue I had but the service was top-notch.”
