I was not happy with the call center giving me a time from 11-1 and it was 3:00 by the time they arrived. I had somewhere I had to be at 2:00 which I did not make it. Your employees are wonderful, the dynamic and structure of the company requires some adjustments.”

“John and Stars and Stripes Movers are extraordinary! I called after 6:00 p.m. on the Friday of a holiday weekend knowing that it was surely a lost cause. My husband and I are both seniors with disabilities, and we unexpectedly found ourselves with the impossible task of having to move 70 boxes of heavy LVP flooring from the end of our driveway into our home.
John answered the phone right away, and after hearing my sad story, he instantly agreed to rescue us. He even said that if he couldn't bring any of his guys back to do it for us, he would come do it himself! Not very many business owners would go above and beyond like that.
He called back in less than 10 minutes and told me that his son, Brian, was ready and willing to come save the day! He was here in less than 30 minutes and did an incredible job for us at a very reasonable price!

“Low key - locally owned.and operated- they work with me and Stan cuts me some.slack when he isn't required to... ? I know about grace....cutting someone unnecessary slack and dont have a clue or reason why....
