Tiffany Nopper who is the store Manger is extremely unprofessional and rude. She will not go the extra mile to solve your issue as a valued client. Come here and see for yourself. Closed all of my accounts and went to BofA. Best business decision ever.

Been with TD for over 10 years. Had a checking account when I was a Snowbird, but 5 years ago we purchased our own condo using TD for our mortgage. Then we needed more banking options so we opened a savings account. Then we added a CD. After renewing our CD for the third time they changed the rules on what was needed to get thee interest rate I had signed up for and I did not receive the monthly interest I expected. When I questioned the bank they did not have the paperwork that was filled out when I took out the CD and asked me if I would get my copy to show them! Then I was told I was correct and they would credit me the missing interest, BUT it would 7 to 10 business days to do so!

The ATM at this location took $1,001 and never posted to my account. The Branch employees shoved off my issue not even acknowledging the ATM issue. Avoid this location if possible very negative and stressed employees with an outdated ATM.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Helpful bankers who genuinely care about their customers. They always answer all of my questions, address all of my concerns, and offer helpful advice. Although we now live in an "on-line" world, with TD, you can still walk into any branch, get counter service, or sit down privately with a banker for assistance. Yes, in December 2023, you can still SIT DOWN WITH A PERSON, and have an "eye-to-eye" conversation about your finances.

It is a shame for this prestigious place in Florida to have hired a manager for this branch without a bachelor's degree or experience; Stealing, scamming and manipulating bank documents may count as experience in this case.

I have been banking with this bank for nearly 20 years. Strike 1: A couple of years ago they revamped online banking so that you could no longer download a web connect (vs. direct connect) file to QuickBooks Desktop. That option is actually to download Quicken, NOT QuickBooks, proving whoever designed the system did not know the difference, and for my accounting business, that was a major problem; Strike 2: I have been using QuickBooks compatible (printable) deposit slips for years for my own business. All of a sudden, I'm sitting in the Drive Thru for 10 minutes while they struggle to process my deposit. Turns out they changed the routing number for deposits. Experienced employees knew how to work around it and never mentioned to me there was a problem. Strike 3: New staff tells me I need to order new deposit slips after I had just ordered a supply last year, because mine are too much work. My solution: "3 Strikes and your out." The "Convenience Bank" has become very inconvenient, and this new staff is incompetent and unprofessional. I walked out and told them MY solution is to change banks, and I just did.

What's worse than a Bank you can't trust? Misled on Check Clearing Time by a week :( No Management on Site, and does not return phone calls on very important financial matters.

They have been understaffed lately, which can slow things down a little bit, but it seems that most businesses are experiencing the same issues these days. Although understaffed, they are always extremely friendly and courteous, plus they do their best to make sure all your banking needs are taken care of.

Not much of a bank. Friday, took 2.5 hours to open a checking account, Saturday, their computers were down, Monday, they're machine for debit cards was out of order. Tuesday, I had to wait 30 minutes, because the only person at the bank capable of making a debit card was busy eating her lunch....plus their ATM was out of order too. I chose TD Bank because they're close, and I hoped to save time, but there is NOTHING time saving about this place.

Just pass this bank up, don't bother. Went there to use cash station a month ago and it wouldn't give me my money. Manager came out and said I have to go to my bank to prove that I did a transaction and that I'm lucky it didn't eat my card. If the manager knows there is a problem why doesn't he correct the problem? Not good management.I went there on 5-21-2021 to use cash station. ATM ate my card. When I went in to tell them they asked if it was a TD card, I told them no. They went on to say that if it's not a TB card the machine typically eats them. I asked them, since they know this why there isn't a sign on the ATM letting people know this. The "assistant manager's" reply was "We have told the manager about this, it's up to him and out of our hands". I asked to speak with the manager and they said he was off today. Sounds like bad management to me. What a total lack of common sense and initiative, just watch the clock till it's time to go home. Typical big corporate business, just pass the buck. I will no longer be using this bank for anything.

I've closed my account there....It's not the Friendly local bank it used to be. I tried to add my Daughter to access my Safe Deposit Box. They told me they could not because she did not have an account there. REALLY? They really know how to drive customers away.
