Was there today and was not thrilled with the manager Kevin, very rude and entitled man . Will never return here again . Was embarrassed to hear the way he spoke to his employee was going to the garden center to shop with my daughter and we had to leave because of how disrespectful he was to her . I have daughters and would hate to know their boss ever spoke to them that way or any woman for that matter . Do better ace hardware hope that women doesn't stay there and finds a job she deserves .

Kevin the manager is not a nice man ! I was there and heard the way he speaks to his employees and it was disrespectful and very rude . I had to turn around and leave the garden center because he was being extremely nasty the way he was talking to the woman who works out there . If I could leave no stars I would . Very disappointed and will not return here . No one deserves to be treated that way . !

Nice selection of sporting goods and household items! Prices are about what you would expect from a True Value but the staff is exceptional! You don't get that at the big box stores!

I experienced customer service here yesterday that was SO exceptional I just have to share. I was at my wit’s end with a leaky RV sink and having no plumbing skills and proper tools were not helping matters. I couldn’t get two different nuts off so I pulled the sink out and took it into the store hoping to be assisted in buying the tools I needed. This is where I was lucky enough to meet Justin. He spent an hour or so assisting me, first in trying to loosen the basin nut with a tool I was intending to buy. The nut wouldn’t budge, so he helped me by taking the sink back and cutting off the nut removing the old drain, pipe, etc. Now having just the sink to deal with he spent the time needed to help me find all the parts needed to reconstruct the drain assembly and helped me understand what I needed to do with putty, caulk, etc. I left the store with everything I needed and the confidence to do the job correctly. Justin was committed to the success of my DIY experience and it was because the sink is back together and working perfectly. No more Big Box indifference for me if I can help it. Thank you, Justin!
