About Affordable Storage By Townsend

Affordable Storage By Townsend is highly praised for its wonderful service and friendly staff. Customers have had positive experiences with the representative, Kelly, who is described as hardworking, kind, and knowledgeable. Many appreciate the easy and efficient drop-off and rental processes. However, there are some concerns regarding price increases after six months of storage, which led to some customers emptying their units. Overall, the business is recommended for its fast service and helpful staff, making it a preferred choice for storage and U-Haul rentals in the area.

Great overall experience, will go back to that location next time I need a rental. The people were great, much better than the typical U-haul experience.
