I've been to visit Allure twice, and called to book a third appointment. Sabrina is always caring and attentive. She is so non-judgmental, and just genuinely wants to see her clients healthy.I also want to thank thedesr one who helped my sister with a manicure. She has physical restrictions that make it hard to enjoy hand care. You did an amazing job

The today show did a review on the dipped manicures and thought this was very interesting because they double dip The Today show says, Are they dipping directly into the jar of powder? Stay away!” said Julie Kandalec, creative director at Paint Box Nails in New York City, which offers traditional and gel-based manicures, but does not do dip powder at this time., yes everyone dips from the same jar, salons should pour the powder into individualized containers for a 1 person use.

Lazy hairdresser. My mom went in for her regular hair "check-up", and the hair dresser did my mom's hair in medium curls. By that night the curls had completely fallen, The next morning she called the hair dresser and let her know what had happened and if she could come back in to just have it curled (my mom was willing to pay). The hairdresser basically told her she couldn't and she couldn't provide the product nor the product name she had used on my mom the previous day. So my mom was very upset (because she was flying out that night) and went to hair salon to see if her hairdresser could fit her in between appointments. When we walked in the hairdresser was on the phone the entire time sitting in the dark not doing anything but talking on the phone and ignoring my mom. My mom asked one of the other hairdressers to redo her curls and she did, and my mom was able to get the new hairdresser to snag the product the other hairdresser had put in her hair the day before. When we left her regular hairdresser continued to stay on the phone and not acknowledge her. My mom has had several issues with this hairdresser, but my mom is just too afraid to try someone new because she would lose it if they messed up her hair.

Very poor customer service from Jen Roland. If customers find you need to color or cut you cant turn to customer your back telling them you dont have time. And left.my phone number she was going to recommend some one to call me no body never did. You think I never go that salon again, You wont turned down people.
