“They have a lot of variety (styles, models, manufacturers, etc.) to choose from. The salesman/manager that assisted us was friendly and knowledgeable. Got next day delivery too! However, their slogan of "if you didn't buy direct, you paid too much" isn't 100% true. Maybe it is for their "scratch and dent" items? Anyway, ended up paying $200 more for the same new refrigerator (identical model) that Home Depot had. That'll teach me for not comparing prices and shopping around beforehand! Always thought they would have the best price. Live and learn I guess.”

“The sales lady Yaz provided good customer service. She helped make our shopping easier by holding our items to the side so we could return in two other trips. She was patient with us during checkout when we unexpectedly needed to add more items to our total to qualify for a credit card promotion. The young man there also helped make things easier bc he had our bags of soil already loaded onto a cart when we returned for the second pick up. That was very much appreciated since my husband is a disabled veteran and every bit helps. Thank you to the Home Depot garden team.”

“Everyone knows home Depot has a wide selection of almost everything. When in looking for a washer and dryer checking prices. I'm not a fan of the new or somewhat new check out procedure it took me about 20 minutes to get out with four items.”
