“The sales lady Yaz provided good customer service. She helped make our shopping easier by holding our items to the side so we could return in two other trips. She was patient with us during checkout when we unexpectedly needed to add more items to our total to qualify for a credit card promotion. The young man there also helped make things easier bc he had our bags of soil already loaded onto a cart when we returned for the second pick up. That was very much appreciated since my husband is a disabled veteran and every bit helps. Thank you to the Home Depot garden team.”

“I had my first Thanksgiving in my new home, and two days before the holiday I realized my fridge didn’t have enough space to prep anything. Total panic. I called Applianceville hoping for a miracle, and Pete answered with the kindest, calmest energy.
I explained the kind of fridge I needed (terribly, by the way), and he somehow understood exactly what I meant. He promised he’d see what he could do and he actually followed through. At 7:37AM the next day he texted saying he squeezed me in for same-day delivery and install.
He showed up, installed the perfect fridge, noticed my other fridge needed a filter, and even called the Monday after Thanksgiving just to check how everything went and to give me the filter info. That kind of care is rare.
Applianceville made me feel seen, supported, and part of a real community.
