Went to store today to get info to change carriers. Their prices were too high for me. I needed my acct number and a Transfer pin and needed to unlock my phone. I received my acct number but was told by Bryan D that he wouldn’t help me get the Transfer pin. He told me to go do it online. I am in my eighties and need help to navigate online instructions. Even though I was changing carriers he could have helped me. I will NEVER use ATT again.

Jawon and Steve helped me on 2 consecutive days transfer files to new phones. They were both very friendly and understanding as I had no clue how to transfer.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with an employee named Brandon, and I have to say it was one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. From the moment I walked in, he was completely unprofessional and showed no interest in helping me at all. I have 7 phone lines with this company, and his attitude made me want to cancel every single one of them on the spot. He was rude, dismissive, and acted like my concerns were a waste of his time. It's shocking that someone like him is even employed here. I've never been treated so poorly by an employee, and it's a disgrace to the company. If this is the kind of service I can expect, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
I forgot to mention he laughed at me while I was walking out….

First of all i was in there for 10 minutes, not a single person greeted me. Steve came out and said “whats going on” or something like that and i told him i was there for a return and he suggested i return online or id have to pay a $55 restocking fee which i didnt mind, i just wanted my phone back. I returned the new phone because tiktok is no longer offered in the app store in the US. So first he had to fact check that as if i didnt know what i was talking about. All i wanted to do is log out of my son’s icloud and into my icloud. This dumb ass goes and restarts my old phone as if setting up a new phone so it deleted EVERYTHING!!!! All my apps, everything. Ive never met anyone as slow as him when it comes to phones besides my grandparents. I am so furious i want to cut every line i have with AT&T. I explained to him why i was returning the phone just for him to be so stupid to reset my old phone. Im not even a phone tech and i could tell him that. You only needed to log out of one ICLOUD and into another keeping EVERYTHING on the phone. What a complete clown. It was obvious he didnt want to help me to begin with because he has poor work ethic and he’s lazy! They are only good for lying and selling you crap, not being of service. Id never recommend this store or company to anyone

I have been putting off buying a new phone because I thought it was going to be a real hassle and that I’d have to deal with a pushy salesman trying to upsell me on things I didn’t want. I was very pleasantly surprised as Steve made the whole process painless. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, had a great sense of humor and was an all around awesome person to work with while making the transaction. From now on Steve is my new AT&T guy. He’s truly a rockstar salesman.

To the point brilliance. Said the question - basically the data was throttled after the cruise. I assume many folks may have run into this issue given its proximity to the port but the solution was quick on a day when att customer care was shut down on holidays.

Went in over a month ago to get 2 new iphone 16 pro max and was greeted and taken care of by Brandon Young. And thank God it was him who took care of us explaining everything very easy taking his time making sure we understood everything we were getting ourselves into. Not just to sell you a product but professionally and with no rush he made it simple. If you are going into this store, do not hesitate to ask for him. Brandon Young, Thank You.

I can not honestly express how valuable Brandon was to my wife and grandma. Not only did he resolve the issues we had, we reviewed our bill and found issues we had no idea about. It would be in your best interest to retain him at all cost. Good humans like him are rare.

Steve was very helpful in resolving my concerns! He didn’t make me feel like we were in a rush & even helped us save some money on our bill, which was so helpful! When you walk in somewhere with a bit of anxiety & you walk out smiling with issues resolved, what more can you ask for?!
