Mike the Manager is awesome. In and out lightning fast. Very pleasant experience all around.Surprisingly the human garbage living in the Titusville area haven't jaded his outlook on rental car customers, even with all their incoherent and fraudulent negative reviews.Car was clean, and was ready when I arrived. In and out in 5 minutes. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

Small town service! I'm a repeat customer and always call Mike at Avis first! He always helps me out and is very friendly. Highly recommend this location!I see some reviews on here speaking negatively and they all seem to have a theme: they couldn't rent a car because they didn't have enough money to pay the $200 deposit. If you can't come up with $200 why should anyone trust you with a $40,000 car? Get real. Get Avis!

Solid rental car experience! Was in, out and on our way in relatively short order. It's Avis, you aren't renting a limousine or a Bentley but it suited the need for a rental car perfectly and was well within expectations.

Mike provides amazing customer service. Willing to accommodate and meet customer needs. He helped me out when another Avis location was unsure of how to process my reservation. Now that is customer service!

This manager has no business working in customer service. He tried to get me to pay over $200 more than it would’ve been online to book through him as he gets commission and told me he was “using a special code.” Do not fall for his scam. Was extremely rude and degrading throughout the entire booking process. I ended up cancelling my reservation and taking an Uber because of how frustrating he was to work with.

The manager was a power tripping prick. Zero customer service skills and shouldn’t be running anything. Threatened us and ruined our Christmas trip. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Beware of this place. They will purposely scan your license wrong if they don’t want to give you a car and then blame you. Mark wallace the manager is is very rude and unprofessional. Ruined all our plans.

The general manager Mike was unprofessional. Their machine was broken and our licenses wouldn’t scan properly. We asked him to use a different machine but he refused and said we looked sketchy and the machine was not the problem. We called the machine company and it was the machine that was broken. It ruined our whole plans, but this location is extremely rude and unprofessional

BEWARE This particular rental car company requires a $200 deposit on any rental regardless of how you pay. In addition, if you don't pay with a major credit card (like if you want to use your bank debit card) they require a CREDIT CHECK. I've never encountered this before and I rented dozens of cars. I'll take my business elsewhere thank you. *Fyi, the general manager, Mike, shouldn't be in the customer service business. He's one of the guys that gives you bad news with a smirk on his face. I'm surprised this business is still open. I guess the good news is that you won't have to wait in line because they rarely have customers. GO TO ENTERPRISE - IT'S A MINUTE AWAY

Nightmare. Rented a car that had a crack in the windshield, which was expanding. Called Budget after hours and they said I could exchange for a car here. Got here and had to wait one hour while their computers failed and a single overwhelmed customer service guy fumbled around. They refused to give me a car. Talked to the manager. Completely unsympathetic and he told me I had to go somewhere else. No apologies from anyone. Avoid at all costs. One of the most inept, poorly run, apathetic operations I've ever seen.

The General Manager Mike is unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. Mike was not only rude to me, I witnessed him being rude to a man asking simple questions. I booked elsewhere because of Mikes lack of knowledge and poor communication skills.

Super friendly! Incredibly fast, in and out in less than 10 minutes. So much cheaper than the cars available near Port Canaveral even with the 30 minute Uber ride.
