I want to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received from David, a bank teller at Bank of America in Titusville, Florida. I recently needed to cash a $4,000 check that I received from a business with a Bank of America account and David handled the transaction with professionalism and a genuine smile. Although I wasn’t a Bank of America customer, David was patient in answering my questions and ensured I understood each step of the process. His friendly demeanor and efficient service made what could have been a stressful experience quite pleasant. Thank you, David, for going above and beyond!

I am always pleased with BOA, all the branches in the area are good, but the Titusville branch is really just amazing. Kat, the branch manager, went above and beyond for me today when I was in a bind. Jackie has also been great to work with. I recommend this branch to anyone. Also- they actually answer the phone and you are able to talk to a real person during business hour! If you like great customer service and a hometown banking feel, this is the branch to go to! Thank you BOA Titusville!

I always come here just for the drive thru atm and it always works. Never had any problems and it’s never too many people in line

I needed to deposit money and the bank was closed at 4pm. That’s to early for a bank to be closed. Most people don’t get off till 5pm.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Susan, I believe was her name, needs another job not dealing with the public. Or maybe at a bar where she can be rude to people and they don't mind. My girlfriend and I went in to open a new account, you would have thought we wanted the keys to her house and we needed her to drive us there by how bothered she was that they were 'busy'. Mind you, there was only one other person in line to talk to her. She asked for our IDs and debit cards to begin this process. I simply stated that the lady who greeted us had already taken my card and info. She looked at me like I had three heads and stated real snarky 'well that's just to get you in the queue.' Then with a smirk on her face, while shaking her head, she snatched the cards off the desk to start inputting the info. That's where I drew the line and said 'nope I'm not doing this, I'm not playing your game.' I grabbed our cards and told her I should have listened to the google reviews (1.5 stars) and never have come here. Side note, Google does not allow any more reviews of this particular business. She gasped 'what did I do, I didn't do anything' I quickly reminded her of her poor attitude and horrible customer service. Look people if you hate your job, go get another one. McDonalds and WalMart are pretty much always hiring.

This bank is a joke!Since when are you unable to deposit cash into a bank account? Not to mention a rude teller on top of it.I've worked at a bank in my previous years and have never had to deny a client the ability to deposit cash into an account.Looks like account need to be closed and my business taken elsewhere.

Run don't walk to any other bank. Closes randomly, won't answer the phone. Just exactly what banking do they offer? None that I can tell

I thought Wells Fargo was bad. Completely unreliable never there when you need them the most. Poor account security... randomly closed when no other banks are. Can't access my online accounts. Online customer service is nowhere to be found

If I could give a negative 5 I would. My boyfriend and I went in to withdraw 20,000 and of course we understand that we would need to speak to the assistant manager however, kat (the assistant manager) was very disrespectful. Did not let my boyfriend speak and had an unnecessary attitude. If she would have had some manners we would have been okay with the answer however, having a manager that talks over with a bad attitude for no reason was just a low and makes this branch look very bad. Made us feel uncomfortable and we did not get our questions answered. When we asked to speak with her boss she only got worst.

I have been to this branch 3 times and I just don't understand the low ratings. This branch has been nothing but great. The bankers have been great and the bank caught fraud on my card before I knew there was fraud. I have had bank accounts with numerous other banks and I believe BOA has been the best, especially with the super low NSF fees compared to other banks. I do not see me switching banks again !!!
