Hotel perfectly located to visit the Kennedy Space Center. Not an easy assessment. Location is great for the Space Center however from here it gets tricky. Reception is difficult to find when there are several buildings but no well positioned sign. Rooms are not clean, e. g. spider webs at the ceiling. AC had a malfunction either on or off but nothing in between. Breakfast room was by far too small for such a big number of guests. Staff was very friendly and the variation at the breakfast was good. Overall usually Best Western is doing better for the money.

Cheap. If you need a cheap room this is it. The place is old and run down. Looks like no updates since the 70s or 80s.Nearby activities: Kennedy space center

We picked this because it was the cheapest option near the Kennedy space center that had enough beds. And I get that price is relative for the area. But I'm still not going to be ok paying $200 a night for a bad hotel in January just because it's Florida. The only way to combat this is for us to speak out against it.We essentially got two adjoining rooms they had made into one by taking the beds out of one and adding only a sofa bed. The bathrooms were tiny. I was glad we were there in the off-season because the breakfast area was tiny and I can't imagine it with a full hotel. But, back to the layout... If you're going to have two beds and a sofa bed in two rooms, put one bed in one room and a bed and a sofa bed in the other. Don't put two beds in one room and a sofa bed in the other. That makes no sense. They put a table and sofa bed in one room and two beds and a chair in the other. It just made no sense how they had arranged it.All in all, I'd probably end up back there if it was the cheapest option but I certainly wouldn't be happy about it.

It is what it is. I wish I'd paid triple and stayed somewhere else. But we got what we paid for.

Staff were courteous, location was good but the rooms were filthy. Our two beds looked like someone had been laying on them after they were made. The floors had not been swept nor mopped in who knows how long and oh holy moly the bathroom. No hand soap, piss on the toilet, which didn’t look like it got even a wipe down. Shower was full of hair and dirt on the shower walls. Was asked to be moved and they accommodated our request. No better and the bathroom was even worse. We usually have always had great things to say about Best Western and have stayed in them all over the great USA but this is one of the worst. Do better.

The front desk did not tell us when breakfast was we are construction workers and we had to wait around to 7:30 to eat every time we stay at a hotel if she's from 6:00 to 9:00 that way we can get breakfast and go on the road and get to work also while we were in practice it was people trying to fight over the line and the food and it was not enough food for everybody to eat

4 of us stayed here just for one night as we were passing through on our way from Canada.. it’s a little dated but clean staff was great.. it’s close to many restaurants like Cracker Barrel and the Waffle House and Walmart is down the road we’d definitely stay again if in the area..

I was really disappointed in my stay. I was excited to stay here because my 4 year old really likes the space shuttles, but despite the branding there is nothing to do with space shuttles at this place. When we checked in, I asked what type of bed they had and she said that there were two full beds in my room. I asked about booking a king size room and she got an attitude and told me that it would be more for a king size. It was in a very condescending tone, but I told her I would be willing to pay more if there was a roll out or a pull out bed. Despite what the site says, I was told there were no rollouts. Her attitude was extremely condescending. The room itself is pretty small and every time you turn on the TV it does a master reset so you have to wait about 15 to 20 minutes for it to do a channel search. The remotes barely work and it's difficult to change the television station. The room itself was clean but the bathroom was disgusting. There was hair along the bottoms of every wall and stuck to the wall in several places. There is snot or something worse on the shower walls. It took several minutes for the water to get hot. The bathroom is tiny. Even the toilet is small. This is the first time I've ever had a bad experience at a Best Western Hotel. Very disappointed with this one and grateful we're only staying one night. If this was a vacation and I had to be here longer it would stress me out.Rooms: Dated and tiny.

We booked a handicapped room and when we got to the property and went into our room we were horrified. the king size bed looked 15 years old, and had only 2 flat pillows. The sheets and comforter were frayed and stained. The bathroom had no grab bars on the commode, but had a handicapped shower?? The room appeared not to have been swept and honestly, I don't ever remember being in a room so uncomfortable. We asked for another room, a true handicapped room, only to be told that it was booked for the evening. I specifically called and spoke to the front desk clerk to verify that my room had grab bars. they put me in an unacceptable room. They were not willing to change rooms for me, so we immediately booked a room at the closest Holiday Inn and left that slum. This is an honest review from a family who travels frequently. We gave up our $197. Because there's no way we would sleep in this room I'm trying to go through Best Western and Expedia to get a refund was an effort in futility that we were not willing to put ourselves through. I wish we would have taken pictures so we could share those with the review but all we wanted to do was get out of there.Rooms: Read review above.

COLD WATER.When I checked in no one told me that this building had no hot water. When I woke up in the morning there was no way of showering.I called the front desk, the lady was super nice, I’ll give her that. The only thing she could offer was letting me shower at one of the other rooms that was already checked out and I just feel like that was not good with me. I don’t know what else they could have done to rectify the situation but it just didn’t sit right with me.

My experience here was bittersweet. The rooms were awesome. Some of the housekeeping staff were nice and friendly, front desk was very nice friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was set up beautifully but the staff there was not, we felt like we were constantly being watched with how much we got. They were rude and not helpful at all. The front desk clerks that I dealt with were very kind and helpful. The management staff was lacking.
