I called their phone number listed in this posting and it rang and rang and rang...nobody answered. It's just before 1pm!Boost is known for its TERRIBLE Customer Service. Their online presence is non-existent. Their chat is frequently not working. Their phone robot will connect you to a call center where they can't access your account and they transfer you back to the phone robot....which is useless. AND they don't have any email contact!Which leaves you at the mercy of the Boost Mobile Shops...which you should be able to call with questions...but they don't answer the phone. Which means your only recourse is to drive to the store and hope that someone isn't "counting money" and they let you in and hopefully someone can answer your question.

I showed up at the store before the closing time 7 p.m. doors were locked people inside. Was approached at door and was told store is closed they are counting money. It was not 7 p.m. I said to the women. She said to give her a .30 mins to count money and she will help me. I waited for 1 hour and 45 mins in my car went to the door and knocked was told she is still counting money. All I needed was one number removed from the 4 lines I have before I get billed the next day. Mind you I work and travel a distance to and from. This is important that I waited but should of never been this long. I never got taken care of. Nor the courtesy to let me know it is taking longer than expected.I was patient enough to wait for the service I was thinking I was going to recieve. I am very upset.

They never answer the phone so I could repost a problem with my phone running slow on the network when I’m out places I call there phone 15 exact times n I had no answer n the phone rung like no less then 6minutes then it stopped ringing then it made no noise for 2 minutes then it hung up automatically

No Matter When I Go In There I always Am Greeted With Smiles And Friendly Staff. I don't go any place else,but this store. I always tell people I know that has boost service to go here.If You have Issues Ask For Mary!! She has been working there a long time and knows what she is doing. There is another Girl there also and she is amazing too. Most of the time there both there or one of the other. So please be patient and they will help you as fast as they can.

Store is absolutely worthless unless you just need to pay your bill. Otherwise useless slow staff. Use an out of Titusville Boost location or just go online.
