Nightmare. Rented a car that had a crack in the windshield, which was expanding. Called Budget after hours and they said I could exchange for a car here. Got here and had to wait one hour while their computers failed and a single overwhelmed customer service guy fumbled around. They refused to give me a car. Talked to the manager. Completely unsympathetic and he told me I had to go somewhere else. No apologies from anyone. Avoid at all costs. One of the most inept, poorly run, apathetic operations I've ever seen.

Horrible customer service by Mike the "Manager." He has no business in the customer service industry. He not only was rude to me, I witnessed him being rude to a man asking simple questions. Mike is cold, rude, lacks professionalism and problem solving.

The clown running this joint needs to be fired, plain and simple.Rented a car, one way rental or MCO airport, and brought it back because "Low Air" light is on. After taking a closer look, a prior renter looks to have damaged the rim slightly, probably causing the low air light.He won't swap vehicle or fix the tire-

Not to discredit what others might have Experienced in the past, however, my experience was far from the others. In fact, after reading the reviews on this location I was extremely worried that I was not gonna have a Truck and/or I was not going to get good service If I even got service at all.When I arrived I was greeted kindly, not hounded for additional services and the truck had already been checked over and was ready to go. The employee knew the location that I was going to and even asked me to tell an employee at the other location hello when I got there and wished me a safe journey.I was going to give this review 4 stars because they did not have a Dolly for me to rent and the location is kinda sketch.... But those are ultimately things that are out of their control and I felt they deserved to have a 5 star Review in light of all the other reviews. (I also did not reserve a dolly, it was a last minute thought.)Long story short, friendly and quick service that is located in a run down shopping mall where half of the stores are closed down.

Absolutely terrible service. I made this reservation many weeks in advance. They called me last minute to tell me my truck was not available. I moved to this location where the sales associate couldn’t find our reservation for 15 mins only because he failed to ask the last name. He appeared to be sleeping when we walked into the office. We are able to get a truck somewhere else. Do not use budget of Titusville

Worst customer service I have ever received. I arrived at the location with a confirmed rental agreement to find a disrespectful and unhelpful employee there to tell me that the company is not one worth doing business with and he could care less about my agreement or my problem.

This was the worst customer service interaction I have ever had. I arrived to the business location with a confirmed reservation for a truck to be told that all the trucks in the parking lot were reserved to other customers, I asked what we could do to rectify the problem and the customer service person said I could "plan my life better". I have never been talked to as if my business didn't count for anything so due to the customer service person's attitude and rude comments I will never work with this company again.

Terrible experience. On the day we were supposed to pick it up at 9 am we got there and they didn't have the big truck we had reserved and paid for. The attendant was rude. We had no choice but to take the smaller truck. Turned a 100 mile move into a 300+ mile move as we had to go back to pick up the rest of our stuff. Worst part they still charged us the large truck price. Also the attendant never explained toll charges and how it worked ended up paying double because we didn't know it automatically went to our bill so I paid them as we went through

I do not usually write reviews but this one is warranted. I received a phone call from someone 15 minutes before my reservation that they did not have a single truck on their lot... I asked if they had a sister company they could refer me to and they said "try UHAUL". Fast forward 5 days, I checked my bank statement and they charged me $75 because I was a "no-show". I have been trying to reach them for the past two days and they do not answer the phone. Save your time and effort and go someplace else. This place is horrible.

I had to reserve a rental a car last minute. So before booking online, I called to make sure they would have a vehicle available in the category I chose. I was told yes, they could give me a RAV4 and to go ahead and submit my reservation online. So later that day I went to pick up the car and found that they had given the RAV4 to someone else and that they had a Dodge Journey. I asked if they had anything else, to which the guy replied: "well what are you looking for?" Me: "well what do you have available?" The guy then proceeded with attitude to ask if I had a problem with Dodge and if I planned on buying it.. *no I don't plan on buying it but I'd still like to be happy with the car I'm renting... considering I'm the one paying for it* Anyways, if they didn't have any other vehicles available, all he had to do was say so. The attitude was unnecessary.

I could not rate this low enough. Employee working the counter was very rude and trying to push us into extra we had no desire in before she would even talk to us she had to "Fix a problem she made". Didn't even know if our car was available even though we had a reservastion. We made a reservation through a travel site but she tried to tell us it didn't matter That the travel site "obeys OUR rules". Left extremely dissatisfied. She was going to try to charge us anyway although we chose not to rent but jokes on her, we both work for the bank and did not enter our credit card information for the reservation.

We needed to book a rental truck on short notice and after checking every other truck rental company in the area, we saw this location had a truck available for the next day. We were able to book a moving truck online and were even given a confirmation. When we showed up to pick up the truck the next day, the young man at the front desk informed us that they didn't have any trucks and to try another company in the area. He blamed the hurricane (which had happened over a month ago) and called a couple of locations in Orlando, and then basically apologized and shrugged. We had a very small window to move our stuff and luckily were able to book a cargo van with U-Haul on Garden Street, which had thankfully just become available. Kudos to U-Haul on Garden Street for helping us quickly and kindly, and shame on Budget for their apathetic attitude and for wasting our time!
