“I definitely would recommend Budget in Titusville. I had an issue with a local Hertz dealer here in town. The lady was so nasty and rude to me with my reservation so I called Mike at Budget and he immediately took care of me. I needed at least an SUV and he found me one and it was NICE! I was on the road within a few hours. I have always had great experiences with Mike at Budget and I will never rent from anyone else again. Thanks Mike for putting a smile on my family's face!”

Very pleasant experience all around.Surprisingly the human garbage living in the Titusville area haven't jaded his outlook on rental car customers, even with all their incoherent and fraudulent negative reviews.Car was clean, and was ready when I arrived. In and out in 5 minutes. Couldn't ask for a better experience!”

“Not to discredit what others might have Experienced in the past, however, my experience was far from the others. In fact, after reading the reviews on this location I was extremely worried that I was not gonna have a Truck and/or I was not going to get good service If I even got service at all.When I arrived I was greeted kindly, not hounded for additional services and the truck had already been checked over and was ready to go. The employee knew the location that I was going to and even asked me to tell an employee at the other location hello when I got there and wished me a safe journey.I was going to give this review 4 stars because they did not have a Dolly for me to rent and the location is kinda sketch.... But those are ultimately things that are out of their control and I felt they deserved to have a 5 star Review in light of all the other reviews. (I also did not reserve a dolly, it was a last minute thought.)Long story short, friendly and quick service that is located in a run down shopping mall where half of the stores are closed down.”

“I've had to rely on this Hertz for two weeks now due to an auto accident and they've been very accommodating. Jackie went out of her way to keep me in the same car even though I had two different back-to-back reservations. I've had a lot of inconveniences these last few weeks but my rentals here have been smooth & efficient. The car itself is clean and runs great.”
