Referred to a number in a different country. Chase outsources their customer service to other countries and makes it impossible to get answers. I will be going to a different bank. Customer service at this branch needs work. They sound like a bunch of recorded robots instead of listening.

Be aware of any chase bank , they send you a letter with no exponation close your bank account , than you call get no info why , than they charge you 42 dollars to transfer your money to a other bank !

Terrible branch. I will never go back there again. Went to cash and deposit a business check for a job , the Indian girl at the counter just deposited it without saying a word, and they put a 14 day hold on it. What takes 14 days? I asked to get the manager there, who seemed extremely unpleasant to begin with, and she said sorry, here's the number for the hold dept. Call them tomorrow. I'm ready to close all accounts at chase and go to someone else. I want to go to a bank where people at least pretend to be happy when someone walks in the door. Not a bunch of frumpy women with permanent RBF. customer service here is $hi+

Lack of leadership and lack of training at this location. The staff here are rude! Specifically, Lisa Cody she failed to clearly communicate the process/policy when cashing checks. This lack of communication creates a huge inconvenience to customers. They discriminate and don’t care. I don’t recommend this location at all.

My brothers came into the bank for help to set up my younger brothers’ checking account. He is disabled and uses a cane. He was told because his Florida driver’s license was expired they couldn’t help. His Social Security check goes into your bank every month!!! This is unacceptable Terrible customer service! He had his debit card with him too!! Shame on you!!

There are a couple of staff members at this location that are really awesome and they make up for the ones that are consistently grumpy. I attempt to use this location a lot but the ATM always seems to have issues. There are times that it’s been closed when supposedly it’s open. It’s currently still closed from hurricane Ian which took place last week. If there’s damage to the build I get it, but this is the only chase in Titusville.

it's been a week since the hurricane came thru. yet this bank is still closed dew to "some" water intrusion. have been by there since last Saturday and haven't seen 1 repair company there yet. and to top it off no one from this branch call stop by to refill the the ATM. been empty 3 days now. nit a way to run a business . have notified the main company about this branch

My goodness this is the worst branch bank in Titusville right now this bank have been close since the huracane Ian came not even a water puddle was around the premises the atm with no money I noticed it close for any reason.

This bank has horrible customer service. They could not inform my wife over the phone whether or not they have a notary available. They also claim they're open on Saturdays but they would not allow me to schedule an appointment to add my wife to my account on a Saturday. Safe to say I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Great bank, but don't call. They will put you on hold, don't come back and your call gets disconnected, so you have to start all over again. Frustrating.

I recently went into this Chase bank and met Evan Welsh that helped with a direct wire transfer that I needed to complete ASAP. Evan sat me down and completed the direct wire in a timely fashion, and found extra benefits for myself being a veteran! Evan also answered some financial questions both personal and professional and answered every single one for me! This was a pleasant experience and will be taking all future business, and future financial problems/investments to Evan Welsh!

Cash machine never work every mounth broken, no help, no communication, no intersting to client, all moving on apoitment. even merrit island for the same stuff take you straight no appointment no tomorrow you can just wait!!!!! I loose 2 years in this place and today roof explode!!! I’m done. Change the management or build new bank Becouse this is not work.
