Don't waste your time, I read the reviews and went to get an estimate anyway on some minor damage on a friend's car . The estimator (young lady) tried selling more than was needed. Tried selling me a new fender that was barely messed up. As a matter of fact I fixed it with one push of my hand. She came out with this outrageous estimate, telling me to replace the fender, which didn't need replacing, and to paint the bumper was over 2000 dollars, 2300 plus change. I showed her the fender that I straightened out and I only wanted the spot on the bumper painted. She got frustrated and came out with over 1100 dollars to paint a small spot on the bumper. Well just her attitude alone after I said no to the first estimate and didn't buy into the garbage she was trying to sell. I will never recommend them and tell you, read the feedback.

I wouldn’t recommend this shop to my enemy! My car was there for front end damage from being hit and I told them I smelled coolant, they ensured me that they would look into it. Come to find out that they never did a diagnostic test, because they claimed they didn’t see damage to my radiator or hoses. Common sense would tell anyone that if coolant was smelled inside the car that it was a problem, long story story short, they did nothing and my car overheated and caused other issues that they’re not willing to compensate. No diagnostic test was done until AFTER my car overheated. Yeah you guys took my car to a mechanic shop that is in connection with your company, so of course they’re going to be in cohort with you all. The fact of the matter is that if you all would’ve done the diagnostic test prior to fixing the cosmetic issues we wouldn’t be in the situation we’re in right now. By performing the diagnostic test AFTER my car overheated doesn’t suffice my complaint.

I can't recommend these guys enough!! They took my car from looking like a dropped can of soup to gorgeous again. They did an absolutely beautiful job on repairing my car. They stayed in touch with me through the whole process and even helped with keeping my rental car extended while they were working on my vehicle. I will forever only go to Classic Collision!!

I had a fantastic experience with Classic Collision!!. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner and completed the repairs very quickly and efficiently. I've had to use the services of classic collision on multiple occasions. The staff is always extremely helpful and seem to have competitive pricing. The office staff treats me like family and I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

They have a good reputation for quality work but are highly overpriced. Their pricing would have caused a total loss on a fender scrap on my truck. I'm glad I got a second opinion. The photos are of the damage. The price was over $6000.00. Crazy expensive.

Love Carrie, Amanda, and now the new Miss Nancy! The entire staff is over the top. Every tech and body man has been very helpful and friendly. I have dealt we them on four different events. Their work is always spot on. Carrie is great about keeping you in the loop every step of the way. Has gotten to the point that I just stop by sometimes to say "Howdy". This shop also meets the "PPSI"--(Peppa Pig Standard Index)! Thanks again.
