Even though the associates were somewhat friendly they took my husband's phone all apart and did not replace the SIM card tray, after I put my new SIM card in wrong I couldn't get it back out. I later found out that the phone was supposed to have had a tray for my sim card . I was never able to get the SIM card out without tearing up my phone, which is exactly what happened, so now my husband has no phone but yet we have already paid his bill. Awesome. Thanks helper. Now I wonder what they will do about it..

Went into my Titusville cricket store my phone wasn't receiving calls or allowing me to make calls I spoke to Brittney in the store she was very kind and helpful she quickly found the problem and took the time to show me how she was able to fix the phone. I'm in my sixty's and I sometimes get confused with all the apps and buttons. I also spoke to manager Xiomara who helped me earlier in the week. If you are looking for phone services stop by and see these ladies they are wonderful
