Krista and Norman were great! Professional and quick service. I got HBO max free for a year and saved $30 on my monthly bill with the ACP program. Also it’s saving me another $10 a month with autopay. I love Cricket!!

We were trying to switch our service over to Cricket today. We knew they closed at 7 and we were sure showing up at 5:30 would give us ample time to get it done. Caitlin was so great! As we tried to get things moving on the phone with Verizon who could not figure themselves out for almost 2 hours, Caitlin was patient and gracious and ended up staying an hour past close to try an help us figure things out. After 2 hours Verizon gave us the old "sorry we can't help you" excuse and so we could not switch our service over tonight. We will however be back to figure it in a day or two. Props to Cailtin for being professional and great in general. That girl deserves a raise!!
