The pharmaceutical technicians are always friendly and kind. True are doing a fantastic job and need a raise for all the hard work and doing it with a smile ?

The only reason I gave this pharmacy two stars and not one is because sometimes the employees are nice. Beyond that, this has to be the worst Pharmacy I've ever dealt with in my five decades of life. They get things mixed up, they forget or misplace paperwork, they give you the wrong amount of meds, they refuse to take coupons or GoodRx if they are busy, they completely forget to fill prescriptions, believe me, I've seen it all with this pharmacy. The only reason we are with them is because it's either them or Walgreens with our insurance and Walgreens would be the only pharmacy I could say that would be worse. I may just disregard the insurance altogether and use GoodRx exclusively and just go to Publix.

Worst pharmacy in town. When we arrived to pick up a prescription, was told they hadn't received it and they were closing in a few minutes. Basically we were being told to go away because it wasn't the fact that they hadn't received the prescription, it was because they hadn't gotten to it and were not going to. Once we managed to verify the prescription had been received properly, we were told to stand back because they were closing the gates. This is how you treat someone coming to purchase medicine? We're not talking about a luxury item that can wait. The only reason we didn't go straight to the pharmacy after receiving the prescription was to give them time to fill it. Now I have a crying wife because she can't get some relief tonight. Way to go, guys.

I had the unfortunate experience of needing to fill a prescription here while traveling.This location couldn't fill my full prescription, and it was a Tuesday- I was leaving for home on a Friday.They were having major supply issues and they also forgot to order the supply on the Tuesday..I called Thursday to make sure it would be ready and they hadn't ordered it.It was a contolled substance.Finally I call in and it's ready in an hour, and I get there and the pharmacist starts giving me a lecture on how it's too early to pick it up, and it turned into him down talking me in a "i deal with you people all the time". I had to tell him the whole story about how this was a supply issue from Tuesday and that its not an early pick up. In front of my children he proceeds to make out that he is doing me a huge favor. He had to rerun the transaction because someone did it wrong. But, he did not hesitate to lob insults at me in the process. It was a mortifying experience.

2 different young ladies were very helpful with my prescriptions that insurance wouldnt cover. Very helpful and I am grateful !

\"Customer service\" here is abysmal. I have never had a welcoming experience in this store. EVER. The Cashiers never greet me upon entering the store, but I do notice that all F66666 people entering the store get a good, loud \"Welcome to CVS.\" Gee, I wonder why? I have also experienced getting yelled at the Pharmacy, but the Pharmacist was an older male. Just can't seem to get that right at all, can you? I know you probably have heard this before, but I'll never step foot in this store again. I mean that. Good riddance.

Some of the worst experiences I’ve had at any pharmacy ever, took place at the store. One pharmacist named Camila in particular, I was attempting to give my new insurance information and she kept cutting me off and near screaming over me. The tone was nothing short of disrespectful and aggressive. I even asked her as kindly as I could to please reconsider how she was addressing me, but to no avail. A couple of weeks later I attempted to pick up a prescription and the same pharmacist flat out refused to give it to me and told me I cannot take this while pregnant. It was prescribed to me by my obstetrician! My doctor called later to speak to the pharmacist because she was extremely concerned that Camila felt comfortable giving incorrect medical advice to a patient that was not hers, but the pharmacist refused to take the call. Absolutely terrible woman I can’t fathom how she is still working.

Pharmacy works hard to have all your medical ready and on time to minimize your wait. They deserve more gratitude and appreciation for their efforts and hard work they do every day.

The pharmacy is understaffed and the manager Dan is very unprofessional. There is never a phone call or text provided when prescriptions are ready for pickup.

Impressed by this CVS in Titusville. We were greeted by the lady at the register upon walking in and asked if we needed help finding anything. We had an Rx called in that we forgot to pick up back home and knew what we were on the hunt for. The pharmacist and staff was super friendly as well. I couldn't find some sinus stuff that I was looking for a lady helped me with that. No line at check out and we were in and out within a timely manner. The store is set up nicely as well. Being from outta town it was hard to find stuff but that wasn't due to anything they could help. We just had never been here before. Overall good experience! And Rx was done within an hour! Fast speedy and friendly service!

Clean store and I was pleasantly surprised and how friendly the entire staff was. I was greeted as I walked in the door. Did not have to wait in line at the pharmacy and was greeted by a very friendly young lady. Was asked twice while traversing through the store if I needed help finding anything. Made a big enough impression that this is my new favorite pharmacy!

Inside is okay, typical CVS. Outside is a different matter. Light over the RedBox is out so the spot is pretty dark. The parking lot is horrible. Poor traffic planning and horrible surface.
