The purple-haired woman, Chris, who works at the front register, needs to be recoached in customer service. I went in with an Amazon return—one of their drop-off locations. I had already printed the return label and put it on the box; everything was ready to go. She frantically told me she could not accept it because it was not complete. I said, "Ma'am, I printed the label at home. The box is taped shut; it is complete." She then got a scanner and said, "See, it won't work?" I explained that I had done returns there a few times. She walked off and brought back, I assume, the manager, David, who scanned it, asked for my number, and completed the transaction. I tried to speak with David afterward about Chris's unprofessionalism and how she speaks to people, but he brushed it off, making excuses for her. She acted like I was a huge inconvenience for doing an Amazon return, when all she had to do was scan the correct barcode. Maybe she needs training on the return process, because the CVS across town never has issues with the same process.

Cvs on Garden street is outstanding in all areas. This has been my home store for years. I love all the staff there. I know Zee, Dave, Bobbi and Chris. Always so polite, friendly and helpful. There are a few new staff who are friendly also.

This seems to be a constant issue based on the reviews but CVS needs to hire more staff, because no one answers the phone and I've been waiting so long for common antibiotics that I'm going to have to reschedule my emergency dental appointment. If you need your script in less than a week, have your provider call it in elsewhere.

I recently printed out a little over 100 4x6 Photos at the CVS location near me in Titusville Florida. I was able to use their 40% Off Coupon as well as an additional $10 off my entire order. I am very pleased with the total amount of Savings CVS continues to provide me on a regular basis.

The automated system is the dumbest thing ever created. What happened to a good old fashioned hello. It doesn’t matter what buttons you push or how much you yell at the phone, no one answers or connects you to a human. I have been in ever cvs in the us they are NEVER too busy to answer the phone. Good Lord. :(

They do not know how to process Veterans prescriptions paid for by the VA. Yet they are the premier outside prescription provider.
Please do not try to provide them the necessary info because they push you to the side so they can wait on other people behind you no matter how ill you are, how long you have already stood in line, or whether you actually have the info written down ready to hand them, are on a cane, walker, crutches, or or can barely stand up.
This is written after having to pay out of pocket for 7 of my own prescriptions, and many more for family because the staff would not take the time to serve me, or my husband, or my father, or my father in law, or my brother, or my sister in law, or my brother in law, etc.

Automated machine sucks. Takes too long to get to a person now answering machine to wait for a callback from a store that takes days to fill a script. Corporate is so cheap they cut hours to save money but doesn't care about customers. For it takes days to fill a script. If you need something from the Garden st store call a week before your script is out for it takes that long to have a refill filled. If doc sends in new meds wait at store. But you may loose an hour or 2 before script is filled. Better than waiting a day or 2 for it.
