I would typically give this place five stars but the new telephone system absolutely sucks. I don't care what the reason for it is you shouldn't have to talk to a computer to get in touch with your pharmacist. If this is how they are going to do business I will be going somewhere else.

The pharmacist laughed in my husband’s face when he was trying to fill a prescription that is having a shortage when I called the location to talk to her boss she refused and told me she is in charge of everything, I asked for a phone number for her boss and she refused. I called corporate and made a formal complaint. I will be following up on this.

Wanted to communicate to CVS Corporate how proud they should be of the outstanding staff that they have located at the CVS-in-Target-Titusville location. Pranael, Azeb, Mylana always go far more than the extra mile: prompt filling of pharmaceuticals, outstanding responsiveness to customers and their questions, their great desire they exhibit in trying to save customers money and to increase the CVS brand of value. Lastly, and I am hesitant to voice this, they are always absolutely willing to reach out to the prescribing physician and to the customer's insurance company to coordinate both benefits and the suitability of medications that have been prescribed.Kudos to this outstanding Team!

I do not like this store, changed to another store across town. Pharmacist is rude, refused to help someone bc it was LUNCH TIME!? He was irate when a customer asked for 2 min of his time. The woman at pharm was just as bad. When I called to ask questions about a new Rx, pharmacist said I should have asked when I picked it up! Who needs that treatment? He just lost MY business, and will write to Corporate about it also...hundreds of $$ per month to Walgreens now.

My wife had her script sent to this pharmacy we were notified that it was filled and ready for pickup and not 10 minutes later we received a call from the "manager" saying that they wouldn't be serving her her script because there are other patients who need it more...how exactly would they know that? Seems fishy to me.

Magnificent experience at this CVS. Valerie is absolutely outstanding. She is always cordial and courteous and goes above and beyond to help the customers. Absolutely top service.

I love the staff at this location! The are so helpful and personable. They always go the extra mile to help their customers and I believe they truly care about them. They are fast and efficient. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
