I bought a lamp, when I got home I noticed it was missing the knob to turn it on. But I was able to use a pair of pliers and turn it on. The cashier was so pleasant!

If I could give this "establishment" no stars I would..... staff is absolutely disrespectful and judgmental. Was walking around the store with my pregnant wife looking at small house knick nacks while deciding if her pain was worth going to the hospital for, and the audacity for a work to walk right past us and through a staff door to get on a walkie talkie and say "we have two people walking around the store and haven't gotten any merchandise potential theft" loud enough for me and my wife to hear out side the door. We are daily shoppers at this store not but a street away and to be treated with such disrespect is astonishing...... not only was this the last straw because this is one of many occasions this store has been awful to us, definitely not worth the constant waiting in a line for 30 minutes because staff can't pull their head out of their attitudes...

The workers for the store are super over worked especially the night staff. They are short staffed with no help from managers. They need help and they need better managers . The manager I’ve spoken with always has an attitude and talks down to her good working employees while she just sits and does nothing. Please get more help

The staff here is super duper friendly. They do have to deal with things that would normally make someone frustrated or upset. For example these poor people have had no real ac for over a month and are still so friendly everytime I come in. Things happen in florida but to have these employees with no real ac for literally months during the summer is messed up. I would invite corporate to come work out of an 85 degree building and see how well they function. I wish I knew all the staff members names but everyone at this location is beyond helpful anytime I cant find something which is frequent since they remodeled and moved everything around.

First impression...Empty bottle of hand sign sanitizer at the door. I'm not a germaphobe but that is an ominous sign of what I'm about to experience. Almost everything was low on stock and narrow aisles were blocked with carriages and carts in the way. I don't necessarily blame the employees, I blame the management. I know this establishment is charging a bit less than others, but gosh, at least attempt to keep it together. If it's negative experience for the shopper then they're not going to come back.

I went here at 830 pm. The sign says they're opened until 10, however the doors were locked at 830. Why is this?

The exterior grounds of the store are a total dump. A business should strive to elevate their neighborhood instead of bringing the area down like this DG does. There's garbage everywhere and the trees and bushes are all half dead. It looks abandoned! Until they put some effort into maintaining this place, I won't patronize them. It's a blight. Shame.

This is the cleanest Dollar General store I had ever been in. I don't normally stop because they all look so nasty and disorganized but this store was unbelievable. Management and staff are fantastic

I just moved here to Titusville and had to stock up on some things for the house. I live 2 minutes from the Dollar General! It’s really a nice organized store. Most of them are not. Everything was facing to the front and it was also very clean. I told the manager this ,and she was very appreciative. She said she worked hard to get it that way. She was very helpful and kind ,even though their air conditioning wasn’t working. It was extremely hot in there! And quite a few things I needed were out of stock, Other than that , I am happy to be close close to this location, as I will frequent it a lot.
