Fair prices and got the items quickly shipped. The website told me my credit card address did not match my mailing address, twice, which was not the case, so I had to wipe out all of that info and start over again.Overall, a favorable experience. I have sometimes bought from Ecklers in the past and will again in the future.

Window regulator spring was installed on a part I made as the pivot for it was worn and broken I did add a piece of air hose to keep the end fully engaged in the center

I got a catalog from ecklers and found some seat upholstery that I liked. The catalog said you could order samples of the material for free. I went online to order it, but couldn't find it on their website. I called customer service and the really rude guy I spoke with, I think his name was Kevin said we don't sell upholstery anymore. I told him it was in the catalog I just got. He says, oh yeah that's a old catalog and they haven't updated it.That's no way to run a business.

I needed to order a car part quickly, so I did a Google image search and found Ecklers Autos. I was able to find the part I needed and order it in just a 3 minutes. The shipping is fast and the part arrives within the week. The price was also good, and I am happy with the overall experience thus far.

Called Ecklers and was told they had a New power booster in stock and I’d have it by Friday according to Mike but that wasn’t the case, they didn’t have and had to cancel my order..Called Corvette Central and they had it in stock and had it to me in 3 days by the same Friday Ecklers claimed…do yourself a favor and don’t order from Ecklers…Thanks Corvette Central..:)

Using Be Cool coolant in my Be Cool aluminum radiator extends the warranty by several years. Eckler's Automotive has the best price for this coolant by far (I did extensive looking). The order was shipped within a day and received within a few days of placing the order. The shipping rate was reasonable compared to other vendors I have used. When the need arises, I will return to Eckler's for my parts needs.

Ordered this model A radiator which stated it was “in stock and ready to ship” which was paid in full at ordering only to get informed two days after the purchase “this item is out of stock and will contact when it’s available.” I’m a first time buyer from Eckler’s and this is not good online business, communication on a situation such as this transaction is key. The issue in Have now is what will the timeframe entail as nothing was given for it being Available!?? Lee Idaho

I made an order. I received all bit one item. I had to call 3 times about that one item that never came. I was told it was going to ship. multiple times promised call backs and emails, none ever came until today. Today's email stated my order was cancelled. I was billed got all but one of the items I ordered. Now being told they cancelled my order. wow!

I was told 3 to 7 days. Today is the 7th day and It was not delivered. I received an e mail from Ecklers asking if I received my package yet. It wasn't Eckler's fault fed ex had the package for 8 days. I really think fed ex walked it to Connecticut from California or the driver drove for 5 hours slept for 8 hours all the way here. So Eckler's did do what they said thank you

It's been over a week & still no part or shipping updates. If I'd known it would be this kind of service I would have got the part elsewhere. The only communication with you has been trying to sell other parts that dont pertain to my car.

Found and ordered a hood crossover release cable for my 80 & after 2 days contacted customer service checking on shipping & was told they do not have it. But would get it from another supplier and they will ship it. They also have no clue when or if it will be shipped.I asked if you don’t have it why not just say that and I can move on to someone that does?This was not my 1st bad experience with Ecklers as I ordered a fuel tank and after 2 weeks of no ship e-mails I called to check on the order and was told they no longer carry the item & refunded my money. Again why not just say you don’t have it I promise I’ll be okay with your honesty instead of waiting on critical part for a rebuild that is never coming.So as the old saying fool me once…..There will NEVER BE A 3rd TIMEOnly 1 star because there is not any negative star options.

Order # 728-107369183This is the email you sent me. I placed my order on July 12 2023.Here it is July 23 2023 and yet I haven't received my order. I noticedEcklers have my money!! I'm sorry to say, your customer is very bad.But yet you made sure you have your money.
