I had an awesome experience at this Firestone location! The owner is from Massachusetts—just like me—and we ended up talking for a bit about our experiences moving down here, places to live, and some great memories from back home. Super nice guy, really chill, and made me feel welcomed.
On top of that, the service was excellent. My car is lowered on coilovers and slightly modified, so I’m always a little picky about where I take it for alignments and tire work. These guys handled everything with care and got my tires and alignment done in just a few hours—way quicker than I expected. The whole team was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was done right. Definitely recommend this shop for anyone looking for reliable service and good people. I'll be coming back for sure!

Had tires replaced with top line Bridgestone tires. In the estimate was new tpms valve kit and labor for installing them. Car only had 30k miles. Got car back and saw still had original tpms stems on it. (brake dust all over them still). Also bought life time alignment. Steering wheel was off center to right and pulling right. Took it back didn’t refund tpms and attempted another alignment. Still pulling to right and off center steering wheel. Had to take it to the dealership and pay an additional $170 for an alignment and they found every adjustment on the car was way off. 3 days between all alignments done. Dealership completed alignment and everything was good. Need to go back and get refunds from Firestone.

You bank, and credit card, along with your incompetent customer service staff sucks. I am going to pay off my card and cancel my credit card with your bank. Worst I've seen in my lifetime. I have an 850 credit score and want nothing further to do with you.

Don’t waste your time. These guys are incompetent. They worked on my car back in November. I brought it in for wheelbearings and control arms because I was extremely busy and I didn’t feel like working on my car on the one day off I have. Got it back and it’s been having even more problems (new ones too) ever since. I tried taking it back to them this past weekend after I finally got a weekend off but they just held onto it for 24 hours and did nothing about it then called me to tell me there was nothing wrong with my car and then I can come pick it up. When I had left the car, I had given them authorization to just fix whatever was a wrong with the car because I work overnight and I will be sleeping in the morning so if you try to call me, I won’t answer just fix it and they didn’t do a damn thing. Claiming that they tried to call me in the morning but my voicemail box was full and they needed authorization to fix it after I had told them specifically to fix whatever they found and then I gave them pre authorization. So now i Spent my only day off this week fixing my car properly by myself. 🤦🏻♂️ only proves my point that if you want something done right you have to do it yourself.

Ordered tires sent wrong ones put on vehicle can't get the ones I ordered before I leave stuck with the tires because of size and tires .
No one was told at this store they sent wrong tires. I don't blame the people at this store.

Took car in as my battery was testing that it was not good. Bought at firestone 2 years ago. I went in they were very courtesy and helpful. Got a new battery and was in and out in about 20 minutes. Great service from all.
