Home Depot used AAA Cooper to deliver my pallet of flooring. I was contacted at 8:20 am on 11/10, by the company( AAA Cooper), and told that the delivery would be there between 11 and 4 later that day. I am disabled, so I had to get 2 friends to come over and help with the delivery. They never showed up or called me. We waited until 6 pm.I did not get my flooring until 11/22 and it was brought by an unknown carrier at 4 pm. I was unable to get help because of the short notice.Home Depot should be more responsible with the carriers that they use.

I got some blinds and needed them trimmed. Tyler was able to trim the blinds and get me back to work in a quick manner. Tyler was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure having him assist me.

So after the hurricane we had a lot of fence to repair and replace. I called Home Depot on 11-15-22 and asked about the fence situation. I was told that a lot of people had fencing on their carts and there were only a few 4x4s left. I asked about the best way to ensure we could get fencing soon because we have 3 dogs and the neighbors have one. I was told to have it delivered so I could get what I needed pulled and set aside. I did this and paid for it in full. I was initially told the delivery would on Monday November 21. I was called back soon after and told the delivery couldn't be until Tuesday November 22. I agreed with no problem. So I moved around 2 doctor appointments and my gf took the day off work because the time of delivery was between 6am to 8pm. I've lined up 3 friends who we are paying $200 each to take off Monday after Thanksgiving. On Monday evening I get a text saying my order can't be completed because they do not have everything. I immediately called the Titusville store and asked for an explanation. I was told they only had 19 out of the 27 panels to deliver plus the 4x4s. I was told the cement and the other 8 panels would be delivered on Saturday by Merritt Island HD. Merritt Island HD told me they would be delivering the 19 panels not Titusville and N Wickham Rd store would deliver the concrete. The guy I spoke to at N Wickham wouldn't look in his computer to confirm anything for me. So back to the Titusville store. Now they're delivering 8 panels of fence plus the poles and had no clue who was delivering the concrete. This is all on computers so why can't these employees get answers for me. Fast forward to today Saturday the 26. The first load came from Merritt Island. 19 panels and 30 bags of concrete. We asked for everything to go behind the only real part of the fence that was left, a 12' gate. The driver got the concrete in just fine and back far enough to fit all the other things. Then he brought the 19 panels of fence back. Instead of putting them close to the concrete he started extending the forks on the fork lift. He still had about 6-7 feet to go. At this point the back end of the forklift came off the ground and the strapping on the panels broke. He broke one panel and the top half slid from the bottom. He blamed HD for not having it strapped correctly. So now there's no room left for the other load to fit behind the gate. The best part of all of this was the HD delivery guy for the second load absolutely did the best he could to put the load as close as possible to the dumped load. If I was just writing a review on him I'd give him a 5. This has been a horrible, stressful experience that could have been avoided if HD took better care of its customers. We will be shopping at Lowes from now on.

It's pretty sad when you have one item that costs less than $5 and you want to pay cash for it. I got to the self-checkout and ALL the registers were Card Only - no cash payment accepted. The "helper" said, "you'll have to go to register number one." So I walked down there and, of course, there were five people in line, some of which had a bunch of items. Great, but I'm not going to wait twenty minutes to buy one thing. Cash should be an option, whether Home Depot likes it or not. My suggestion to all of you in this situation: If you want to pay cash, and Home Depot doesn't accept your cash - then do what I did - drop all your stuff right there and drive over to Lowe's.Have a nice day!

I placed an order on the Home Depot website on May 31st. and they confirmed it by sending an email. Today, June 3rd, I received an email regarding this order from Home Depot with the title: "We received your order". Driving to Home Depot in Titusville to pick up my order, the service desk told me that they don't have it yet. I showed the clerk the email and the response was that "Home Depot just confirmed to receive your order". When I told them that Home Depot already responded on May 31st that they received my order, they said that "Oh, that's just a computer response and does not indicate that the goods are available in Titusville. My Recommendation for Home Depot:PLEASE HIRE PROFESSIONALS and ACT PROFESSIONAL with your emails instead of confusing your customers UNLESS YOU INTEND TO KEEP ON UPSETTING YOUR CUSTOMERS. I know Homeless guys and undergraduates are cheaper BUT THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS as you always try to advertise!!!

For those of you that live in Florida (Brevard County area) and purchase a washer & dryer, Home Depot does NOT stand behind their extended warranty! So far, they've ignored us. They're extended warranty is offered through Asurion and you will get nothing but GAMES from both Home Depot as well as Asurion! I missed TWO full days of work due to Asurion scheduling an appointment and then NOT bothering to let me know of the cancellation. The THIRD time it was scheduled, someone called the day before (a different company name) and told me they were behind schedule and that it would be at least 2.5 weeks before someone would call and schedule. TOO MANY HANDS involved in the ordeal, and no one can provide actual answers. As a result I have lost a lot of money taking off from work (I work as a contractor) only to be stiffed by Asurion! Asurian decided to give me my money for the washer thereby terminating the warranty on a 1-year old washing machine! The time I missed from work was MORE than the cost of the washing machine so they've done me NO favors! I've been in contact with Home Depot Corporate Office and so far they have been a complete JOKE!!!!!!! We've been put off by HD corporate all along. Oh and lets not forget, anyone that has called from Asurion doesn't provide their phone number to call them back. It's a universal number of 615-837-3000 and when you call you automatically get a recording stating "Currently experiencing technical difficulties - Please call back at a later time!" IF by chance someone actually calls you, they're unable to tell you what supervisor called and left a message as a result of this universal number! Home Depot Corporate has been wonderful at ignoring us!!!

Home Depot had a great selection of plants. We got terrific service by the cashier. A much better experience than we had 15 minutes before at Lowe's. If you're in Titusville go to Home Depot not Lowe's.

Low on some ground cover stock (sand, mulch). In female and recieved no offer of assistance with heavy bags. However the cashier (a gentleman - perhaps middle-east decent) was very attentive and offered suggestions as he checked me out.

I was mostly looking for indoor plants and succulents. They have a great selection of tropical indoor plants, not as many succulents to choose from but will try again in a few weeks. Garden section was clean and staff was friendly and wearing masks.

Very disappointed in home depot.. bought 2 pallets of tile to have house tiled...had their folks come out to measure and give estimate based on there promo flyer should be $4.50 Sq ft install...well the actual estimate had so many additional charges ...will. not use them...nice people in store but install seems like bait and switch...very very disappointed
