“Took a ride from Jacksonville to visit friends and train at this location. Great location and great gym. I love how all the machines are grouped within the seperate rooms and easy to locate. The powerlifitng room was my favorite of course. There is plenty of equipment and room for everyone. They also have a rock climbing wall which isn't something you see in a gym often. Love this spot and the owners are AMAZING!!! They made us feel very welcome, showed us around and opened their gym to us without issues.”

“I enjoy this gym every weekend since getting a membership! It is quite busy during the evenings on weekdays, so I tend to avoid those times. The few employees i’ve interacted with have been very nice, they greet you when you come in the door. There’s a large variety of machines for weights and cardio as well as free weight areas. Anything you need generally for most work outs. I would say if you like spinning and those sort of bikes like I do, there’s only one good one for that and it hasn’t been working since I started going there. Asked about it one of my first days, but a good month later it hasn’t really been fixed/ hooked up to where I can use it. Otherwise, pretty clean with their bottles and paper towels always stocked to wipe down machines and such.”
