I've been waiting for my rental since 1 1/2 hours! I was told the service associate is out cleaning the cars! Nobody else in the office to help.

Customer service is terrible. I was seated in an office, a you man came in, never introduced himself and just stated I need your license and debit card. He had an attitude when my bank debit card had to be entered manually because their readers won't read the card. The car was filthy, the windows hadn't been washed is quite some time, the car kept giving different maintenance alerts and if I had the time I would have gone back in and refused the vehicle.

Great service, didn't have the size car I requested online. Upgraded at no charg. Very pleasant customer service. I would suggest they get someone to help with cleaning the vehicles.

Horrible service…. I had an 8am appointment to pick up a rental car before work and I walked in to a the young kid that said he just walked in and he needed 15 mins to get setup. He then told us he has no cars clean. The only other car he has no key for. I was late to work. Do NOT USE Hertz!

Don't like giving bad reviews, because I never have an issue with Hertz. Picked up a car for 2 days and agent said he was sorry but the car did smell like smoke, and we could have another car but it would be a while to get cleaned. We said we would take anyway (my mistake). Returned the car after hours got the receipt and saw we were charged a $250 cleaning fee for smoking. Called a couple of times and finally got someone and explained what happened and we dont smoke. He said he was not advised by anyone of the situation and could not do anything and would have to go through Corp to request refund. They did issue a refund after about 5 days. Location just wasn't helpful at all should have been able to fix same day quickly and they need to get a better turnover report.

Had an online reservation for a truck to pick up at 8am. Their hours state they don't open until 9am. Tried to call beforehand to confirm and no answer after 8am. The truck I initially chose to rent was not available and I was offered a small SUV instead over the phone after I called to confirm their address as that is also not listed correctly. I was not told the truck would not be available beforehand or I would have canceled in advance.

If I could give a 0 star, I would! Made reservation and went to pick up car, office closed!!! Given a number to call and the representative said they are closed and have no cars and could care less what dilemma we were put in. I highly recommend going anywhere besides here!

Had online reservations, tried calling numerous times to confirm and no answer. Arrived after spending a good amount of money and time on an Uber to find out there were no vehicles available. Waited over an hour. No proper working restrooms which is very unfortunate with the very long wait times. Employees very short and unhelpful. Gross and small facility. Very poorly ran and several customers had come in after us with similar situations. Would not recommend. Very very poor start to vacation. Huge waste of time and money. Please go with other rental services or Uber to save yourself the HUGE headache.

Out of the past three reservations I've made with them, the first one is the only one where they were able to provide a rental even though I make a reservation at least a week out from the itinerary date. I've had to cancel the previous two because their distributor allegedly couldn't provide a vehicle for the scheduled time (11am each time, and it couldn't be later on my part), and they weren't sure when they could provide one. I have to ask, why even offer that time slot at all if you're unable to provide a vehicle? That doesn't make sense. It's a shame because my first experience was perfectly fine, but I don't see me making reservations for car rentals with Hertz anymore if this is what to expect moving forward.

Make a reservation at 6am came at 10am they told me that they trying to call me to tell me that they don’t have any vehicle available “I never had a call from them” take an Uber from the cruise ship for nothing now I have to take another Uber to go another place to get a call now I call budged and confirm if they had some car available to avoid the same mistake.
