Out of the past three reservations I've made with them, the first one is the only one where they were able to provide a rental even though I make a reservation at least a week out from the itinerary date. I've had to cancel the previous two because their distributor allegedly couldn't provide a vehicle for the scheduled time (11am each time, and it couldn't be later on my part), and they weren't sure when they could provide one. I have to ask, why even offer that time slot at all if you're unable to provide a vehicle? That doesn't make sense. It's a shame because my first experience was perfectly fine, but I don't see me making reservations for car rentals with Hertz anymore if this is what to expect moving forward.

Make a reservation at 6am came at 10am they told me that they trying to call me to tell me that they don’t have any vehicle available “I never had a call from them” take an Uber from the cruise ship for nothing now I have to take another Uber to go another place to get a call now I call budged and confirm if they had some car available to avoid the same mistake.

The lady that works at the front desk is EXTREMELY rude and after reading most of these reviews, needs to be Fired. I don't care if she's in her 70s or not.My husband just got back and said how badly he was treated. As if he was bothering her. Said another gentleman came in and she was pleasant with the other gentleman and said to my husband, "you go wait outside." Eventho my husband was there first. She also insisted he give her someone else's number so he can be "located." Treating him as if he is going to try and steal the pos they rented to him. She treated my husband like a criminal. And then my husband needed an SUV and this "lady" says "what do you need an SUV for?" Last time I checked, that is None of your business.Until this woman is fired, we will go elsewhere. If you want to be disrespected and treated like a common criminal, go to this location.

After making and paying for a reservation on the website, I was told at pick-up 2 days later that Hertz would not accept my PayPal MasterCard. No car and had to get refunds separately from Hertz and liability insurance that I had paid for; sorry, company policy. The portion of my company that I manage now has a new travel policy regarding Hertz, can you guess what it is?

I deleted my Hertz app. after 2 phone calls with Jackie. I decided to rent a car from Enterprise in Titusville Fl. I made a good decision.

Booked a car an hour ahead of time online. Got an Uber there and they had no vehicles available. Had to turn around and get another ride share to drive us to Orlando airport. Moral of the story, call first. Management has no responsibility to ensure cars are available.

Overall bad experience. Poor customer service, CHECK YOUR INVOICE/BILL .Nothing outwardly rude... but nothing welcoming or friendly either. We got the feeling we were an annoyance to the woman working. She took several casual phone calls while we were trying to book with her, and had a number of other agents enter the room and distract/interrupt us as well.Let this be a reminder to always check your invoice and ask questions. We had booked a 'midsize' car last minute, so availability was not guaranteed. When we arrived all they had was a compact - no problem for us. They still tried to charge us for the midsize rate, I had to inquire and dispute that charge. I was fine taking the compact, but I then wanted to be charged for the compact. Jackie tried to argue 1. that it wasn't a compact car (it's listed on Hertz site as a compact car) and then 2. that it wouldn't alter the booking price 'that much'... was not understanding the principle of the issue obviously. After we had that resolved it seemed to go OK.. Car was not well cleaned before we received it, interior was messy.When we received the invoice email I noticed there was an 'under-age' fee every day.. the agent had taken our licences, so she knew both drivers were 30 and 32 years old.. the underage fee seems like something they add and hoped we didn't notice?. Luckily the service at Sanford airport drop off was incredible and they had the charge corrected.After we dropped the car off and settled the invoice, we received a text to 'Call Jackie at Hertz'... called her, no answer and she never called back. Not sure what that was about but not professional nonetheless.Will not be returning

Booked a reservation online. The lady was very short with me. Asked if I had a reservation and I said yes. Then she asked me if I made it this morning, which I also replied yes. She asked me what kind of vehicle I wanted since she didn't have much. I told her a standard sedan or compact car would be fine. She said she didn't have anything like that and I would have to pay the premium upcharge. (I probably wouldn't have minded paying extra if she didn't have such a poor attitude and acted as if I was bothering her by being there.) I said no thank you and went to Avis/Budget. Walked right in without a reservation and picked up a Mid size for the same price at the compact from Hertz.

Ridiculous, we reserved a car last night it said it would be ready in the morning, total lie. They had no car, we needed it for a bussiness meeting, never will we rent from them and I'll be sure to let my friends and family know.

We were charged 80 dollars for fuel even though we returned the car full. Not only that the agent you have to deal with is rude and no help at all. AVOID THIS PLACE

Every time I rent a car or van from this location it turns into a hassle. No help reaching out to corporate. Just a poor customer experience.

The woman was incredibly sweet but her entire office smelled like cigarettes and it made my asthma act up.. I didn't experience this at the other location but, this location puts a $500 hold on your card even if you're only getting a rental car for A-day. By the time I got it figured out and was able to do get the car, they ran out of cars.

I've had to rely on this Hertz for two weeks now due to an auto accident and they've been very accommodating. Jackie went out of her way to keep me in the same car even though I had two different back-to-back reservations. I've had a lot of inconveniences these last few weeks but my rentals here have been smooth & efficient. The car itself is clean and runs great.

Doesn't even deserve this. I went to Titusville in need of a car and that lady was so rude and nasty . I sat smiling got everything in order.... Looked me up and down oh we do a credit check. I'm thinking this lady don't even know my bank account. Bottom line I got turned away but guess what guys..... ENTERPRISE did me right! Go there! No credit check and no b******** Just pay.
