Today I went to Home Depot in Titusville Florida to buy some Roundup weedkiller and a new DeWalt edger. It appears that Home Depot thinks we are all criminals as they have common items like yard tools locked up behind a cage. I do NOT appreciate this one bit. I will NOT purchase any item from a store that requires me to find a store rep to unlock the item and escort me to the check out. I will give my future business to Amazon instead and home Depot can go out of business before I tolerate this WOKE NONSENCE. I'm an Eagle Scout and retired from 21 years of active duty service in the US Army. I'm NOT a criminal and I will NOT be treated like one from Home Depot!

On 1/28/2025 at about 15:33-1730 I had an encounter with a man and a woman with two dogs. While trying to avoid the dogs one came over and tried to I think smell me. I don't trust dogs and am don't like being around them. When I went to the service counter to complain I was laughed at talked to at least four other employees and got the same results. I live by the saying that we hear after every dog bite "well it's never do that before" Well I don't want to be the first!

It’s a Home Depot. Pretty much like all other Home Depot’s. They had what I needed, but I needed to hunt for it. They were having some pretty good after Christmas specials, however.

Terrible! New customer bought a dish Washer and a battery! The Battery for my transportation which is dead, no one in Home Depot can answer questions as to why I have t received it. You got my money, why can’t you get my battery. 9 days now. Called Home Depot Titusville several times. No answer as to what’s going on.Said they would call me right back. Never called back.

I called for a barrel nut 5/16 x 1 1/2, the person that answers the phone says “what kind of nut ?” I replied “barrel nut”. She said “I don’t have it, (click hangs up on me). So I called Lowes, it was a little tough navigating through their automated system but a gentleman from hardware answers. He asks a few questions, tells me what he has in stock, and apologized for not having the product. I’ll never shop at Home Depot.

Stupid Titusville home Depot!!!
12 ft x 29 ft
We tell them we need 29 ft and they cut us 26 and a half feet, what idiots! They even rolled the carpet up backwards with the material facing outward. Just wasted a couple of hours.

This store almost always has what we need in stock. They are friendly and helpful and when you need help it's easy to find someone. Returns are painless as well.
