I had an app't at 10:15 am Oct. 12th. I tried to scan the QR code in my car before 10 am to no avail. Walked in, it was PACKED, at 10 am I entered my driver's licence into the machine, my info came up. I thought I was in queue. After waiting until 10:30, I checked the board, my name did not appear. I re-entered my info & driver's lic. under patient with app't. My name appeared far down the line under "walk-in". I called LabCorp but got an a message, part of it was "we may not be open", I pressed 3 for patient services, left a message saying it was now 11 am & I had to leave for another app't. This is INCREDIBLY disrespectful service. I booked an app't well in advance and got treated like cattle. Terrible place to go, LabCorp, you must do much better.

Made an appointment. Arrived at the place. Checked in. Waited. Waited. Went to ask why I was waiting despite having an appointment. I was informed he couldn't even do what I needed... Why allow the appointment? He gave me some excuses about being called there at short notice. Clearly management is incompetent.I was forced to go to another LabCorp where I had to waste much more time as a walk-in - after taking the effort to make an appointment.This is simply terrible service. The managers involved with this LabCorp are shameless idiots apparently because anyone who actually has ability and intelligence would have prevented/fixed this. Instead I am at a loss of time and emotion thanks to the childish operation of your establishment.What kind of people are you?Less than you should be. It's Florida, the standards are already low...

Went to have fasting labs done with an appointment, only to be told I need to wait until after lunch while people who didnt have an appointment got seen before me. Unacceptable

They've got the two dumbest people in the world working at this location. I scheduled a biometric screening here, showed up and waited 10 minutes just to be told they can't do those here. "We don't have a scale or a blood pressure cuff". Ya know what? If I said to myself hey, I need a scale and a blood pressure cuff! You know where I would go to buy those? WALGREENS! I asked why the computer let me schedule that type of service if they cannot offer them and was told "the computer don't know we ain't got those things". You're right, you're the human, with the brain, maybe you should tell your managers you need those things to do your job!

Made appointment online for fasting blood work for my diabetic mother. Based on our needs, I picked 8am. We arrived at 7:50 to sign in and it still took an hour before she was called back. No place to sit, one man commented on he felt like he was walking through a gauntlet. Folks standing on both sides of the aisle.

Took my grandaughter for her first ever lab work. I made her appointment on line. I checked in online, went inside, signed in at the kiosk and waited about 15 minutes tops. There were two workers, very efficiently. The young woman drawing gdaughters blood was aware it was her first time and she explained everything very professionally and in a calming manner. All went off without a hitch. I will go back 100%.

So Im picking 5 stars because the service was so good. Horrible waiting area but honestly so much faster than Quest. I mean a lot faster. The gentleman who helped us was all alone and handling business so good!

It totally depends om who you get to do your blood draw. The wait times are not bad with an appointment. You still have to wear a mask when entering and they do not have any to give out, so bring your own.The first time I went it was great and there were no issues. The second time I visited the tech caused me some serious pain in my arm while drawing blood. So I can not rate them very highly at this point.
