Nice clean facility with great staff, they were very helpful and accommodating. Staff is always willing to go above and beyond. I am very pleased with this location and company they were willing to help me when I was in a bind. Happy I stayed. It’s a safe place too.

I've been using Extra Storage for many years and have always had a positive experience. Thanks to Denise and Harold at Garden St. They were a big help changing from a small unit into a larger one.

My fiancé and I have a storage unit here and we’ve had no issues. Our rent went up but I gave the office a call to let them know we didn’t get a notice for it and they were super helpful and kind and even took the time to get it lowered for us! We feel that the rent here is very fair too and a lot more affordable than most places.

Very clean, well lit and the managers will go way out of their way to help you! Wish there was 10 stars having been there a while they raised my rent. I went in and talked to the manager and he got it reduced. I didn’t know people did that stuff. That’s so awesome. Bathrooms are the cleanest I’ve ever seen

Harold at ExtraSpace Storage did an amazing job and accommodating me and all my questions about my monthly purchase of a storage lot at his facility. He even went above and beyond and sent pictures as well to help me choose the right one.

Moving is no fun whatsoever, my husband was not in a thrilling mood after trouble getting a Uhaul we reserved. We arrived at the storage facility and my husband checked in a came back smiling. He said it was just friendly and easy. We checked in Saturday early. Harold came to us about 4:30 or so and said he’d be leaving in a bit and were we good. He said we’ve been out there a while and offered us bottles of water. What a great idea. We’d highly recommend this place based on the cleanliness of our unit and the over the top staff service. Should get 10 stars. my rent was increased the managers work to get the increase down to a reasonable amount. It’s nice that the company is willing to negotiate instead of just flat increases.
