Do not under any circumstances ever hire Lowe's to do any kind of project for you. I have been battling with them since August 2022 over a very simple kitchen remodel (new cabinets and countertops). Their employees and contractors they hire are extremely incompetent. The lack of communication is unbelievable. I was told that I would get a compensation for kitchen remodel that took over 10 months to complete. The compensation that they are willing to offer me is only 1% of the total paid. What a joke. I had to pay additional money out-of-pocket (1,500) to even have the job completed because their contractors couldn't do the job.! I was told by the store manager that they would reimburse me when I brought the receipts in-----LIE!! Apparently, when you go online and look at reviews, they are from the employees and not customers like myself. The reason I say this is because everyone I have talked to about this ongoing problem has said they would never hire Lowe's again either. I wish I would've asked around before I had them do this! Live and learn. Lowes has lost a loyal and valuable customer. I know it doesn't even make a dent into their bottom line. It's sad how they don't appreciate their customers, honor their word or back their service!

Memorial Day 2023, and the Titusville Lowes again surpassed the year before memorial display with another honorable and beautiful memorial service and display for our nation's veterans. A lady named Hiedi puts her heart into these beautiful displays and as a retired local veteran who shops regularly at the Titusville Lowes. I am very grateful, honored and thankful for the Titusville Lowes and the wonderful way they honor our veterans.Thank you

Lowe's Installation ReviewAre you considering using Lowe's to do the installation of that beautiful new door you just purchased? If so I would advise you to think again. I began the installation process with Lowe's on January 12th, 2023 and as of today March 16th 2023 my door is still not installed to correctly. The quality of the work has been poor at best. Their customer service is non-existent. Here is my experience with Lowe's Installation Team 1. On January 12th I went to Lowe's to inquire about having a door installed. I was told that the installation would cost be $269.00. I needed to pay $35.00 to have someone come out and measure the space for the door. This would be applied to the installation cost.2. January 14th someone came and measured the door. Tells us someone will be in touch to schedule the installation.3. January 26th Lowe's calls and says the estimate is ready. When questioned as to why it took 2 weeks to get the estimate I was told that the estimate had been done for quite a while but the Lowe's associate had been on vacation so it sat on her desk for almost 2 weeks. The estimate came in at $360.55 I had to pay the entire balance prior to scheduling the installation of the door.4. February 1st I received a text message that said "This is Farrow Construction Corp, We are currently holding a time slot for you on Monday 02/13/2023 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM. for the next 24 hours. THIS IS THE SOONEST AVAILABILITY WE HAVE. Please reply YES to confirm or NO to request a different date."5. February 13th at 1:00pm (glad we happen to be home) the installer arrives. He installed the door. We look at the door and he has run one board only half way up the right side of the door. When we questioned it he said "You want me to take that board all the way to the top?" We said Yes, and then he corrected it. As he was getting ready to leave we noticed that he had not removed any of the old hardware and we had to point it out and had him to remove it. 6. After the installer left on February 13th I noticed that air was coming in around the door. After further inspection we saw that a shim had been placed on the lower part of the door and the upper part of the door but not in the middle, we could see light around the doorframe along with several other installation problems. I also found that a 10-foot board, that was unused and that I had been charged $31.00, was left lying outside of my garage door. 7. February 14th, 9:00 am I call Lowe's and explained my concerns. I was told that they would put in a work order to Farrow Construction.8. February 16th, I got a text from Farrow construction saying that they would be here on February 21st between 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Let me ask you who schedules an appointment at 8:00 PM?9. February 21st we wait up until 11:00 PM no one shows up.10. February 22nd, 8:00 am I call Lowe's, I am told that they will contact Farrow Construction.11. February 23rd I get a text message from Farrow construction saying they will be here February 25th 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM. No mention of the fact that they did not show up for the previous appointment.12. February 25th installer comes and looks at the door. To correct the gap he simply fills it with caulk. The screws that went all the way through the house were removed. When asked when he was going to replace the rotten boards he said he would have to check with someone and he would get back to us. 13. March 1st, 2 PM I have not heard from Farrow construction so I contact Lowe's. I explain about the rotten boards. I am told she will put in a work order and some one will be in touch14. March 2nd I received a call from Lowe's stating the rotten boards are part of the house structure and they will not replace them.I Called Lowe's and explained that the boards I was talking about were trim boards and not structural. I was told someone would call me back.We went into Lowe's and spoke to the manager. I showed her the pictures of the rotten boards. She agreed that the boards I showed her

Buyer beware. Lowe's. Do not place order online for items not available at their storesI ordered a premium pressure treated wood screen door. Website said deliver to store in 4 weeks. 5 weeks later i interacted multiple times in person and on phone with Titusville Lowes. Was told i needed to contact vendor myself and Lowes had no contact info ! Luckily it was easy to find online so I called the screen door company who confirmed a purchase order. But they never ship individual doors . It would have to arrive with a larger order from Lowe's. After many calls to Lowes in Titusville i was told they do not order doors . They just arrive from the Lowe's distribution warehouse no one knows when. I spent days callung various employees, waiting to hear from management, never got a call back and was finally told they had no way to find out when the corporation might be ordering doors again. So after 6 weeks I canceled the order. If you do want something that is not stocked at the local Lowes I suggest you go to Lowe's in person , make them place the order and insist that they check with the vendor at that time to see with whether the thing would actually ever ship Or just go across the street to Home Depot .

We went to the store and paid for a cooktop stove on Sep 9. It was supposed to be installed on October 8. We called on Oct 8 after not hearing from them and they hadn't bother to order it. It's now November 5 and not only is it not delivered yet, it wasn't shipped until yesterday after we called to check the status. This place has all around bad business practices and the worst customer service EVER! This will be my absolute last major purchase from Lowe's.

I ordered a large amount of product, after the staff struggled with the order, on Friday March 11th and was told it would be delivered Monday March 14th, which was earliest available. Additionally, I was told that there was be a charge for the wood pallets that the products would be shipped on that I could be reimbursed for if I returned them. This is unusual, but I can somewhat understand that there is a cost associated with them even though it will cost me in has to return them.I had to take the day off work (unpaid) to be available for the delivery because it had to physically be moved as soon as it was dropped off to complete a project. At 2:00 PM I called to check the status because the delivery had not arrived. When I called, I got transferred multiple times trying to get an answer. Finally a gentleman informed me that my delivery was not supposed to be delivered until the 15th which contradicted what I was told when I purchased it. I asked to speak to the manager and was told they were in a meeting. The gentlemen then said he'd transfer me to the associate manager. He then hung up the phone. I called back to speak with the gentleman or associate manager and was transferred from person to person for over 30 minutes, never being able to get in contact with either.Unfortunately, because I could not speak with an individual, this is the only means of communicating. I will post this as s tore review online as well. As an Armed Forces Veteran I have spent a considerable amount of money and loyally supported Lowes over their competitors. I have never been treated by anyone like I was today. I have lost an entire day of pay from my normal job because Lowes did not honor their commitment and then was treated with disrespect and ignored. If Lowes intent is to just let the phone sit on hold and wait people out until they get frustrated and hang up, they have succeeded in pissing off a very loyal customer who has lost faith in the Lowes brand. Additionally the Titusville store staff, where I purchased the product, is directly responsible for the damage caused. Instead of driving twice the distance to purchase something, I'll go to Home Depot from now on which is much closer.
