Was standing by the sump pump area and 4 employees just chatting away and never ask me for what help I needed. Plus a guy was in the plumbing section do a layout in the middle of the whole aisle blocking it.

Who ever answers at the desk was very rude. I called prepared with an item number before I could even ask my question she didn’t even want to help me and then told me to just go online so I will but you should probably train for customer service if you’re going to work in that field. Got hung up on as soon as she felt she was done with me..

I bought a brand new washer that is leaking, and Lowes is doing NOTHING to help me. DON'T BUY A WASHER at Lowes. The washer is literally emptying out from underneath the washer. DON'T BUY A WASHER AT LOWE'S.
UPDATE: I will be calling and following up with Lowe's response. As of now, I suggest that NO ONE BUYS a WASHER from LOWE'S. DON'T BUY A WASHER FROM LOWES.

Bought some cabinets online with delivery when I bought them the delivery date was set for the next day. They moved it out to Saturday fine no problem but they said from 11:30 to 3:30 and it’s 330 and they have not called or anything supposedly it’s on the truck to be delivered according to tracking. Updated ended up TWO hours past window! I learned after I got my delivery that it came from the Oviedo Lowes not Titusville.

Horrible customer service, if you need help loading materials be prepared to wait. Prices aren't good, price gouging is their business model. Isles are hard to navigate with all the materials they are trying to to get people to impulse buy. Never a good experience shopping here. A tomato plant is $5 and up here.

I bought a cooktop from Lowe’s in Titusville paid for installation the day of installation a few hours before I get a call saying they can’t do it today and need to reschedule . Now I have already lost a days pay and will have to now lose another one 16 hours of pay. They got their money now I don’t and the store is of no help I tried to get some help and received none I should have went with Home Depot maybe they hire more dependable contractors. At this point I should at least be reimbursed for the installation charges.

Terrible shopping experience! The female staff member was completely unprofessional and didn’t know the products well. The paint I purchased based on her recommendation was the wrong color. It wasted both my time and money. I do not recommend this store at all—serious improvement needed!

After purchasing a washing machine from Titusville, FL Lowes, just before Christmas, the delivery folks decided it was too hard and simply left he machine on the patio. My wife and I were left to move the old out and the new one in, easily disconnecting and connecting it. Customer Service were horrible and no help. After two weeks, we are still trying to get the $50 haul away fee back. Free install means nothing so make sure you take that into account when comparing prices. Turns out Home Depot would have been less expensive (even when considering the supposed Lowes discount).

The Garden Center cashier never made eye contact, didn't greet her customers at all, and didn't even look up from the register while checking anyone out. I only bought 1 item and she didn't even hand me my change, just held it to her side and made me reach under her register guard to get it. Not the first employee here that I have had that problem with... when you can FIND an employee!
