Store manager was condescending and didn't allow me to confirm what she was trying to explain when it came down to the way they do their practices. She said what she felt like explaining but didn't want to explain anything further and told me multiple times to call 611 as if she felt that she didn't need to explain anything further. Changes were made to my account without my permission and their excuse was that their was a security bypass. Now I'm getting extra charges that I didn't authorize. Switching to a different service provider as Metro PCS accounts are unsafe and breachable.

There’s been several times when I come here and they’re not in the store during daytime hours they take lunch breaks whenever they want for instance right now at 4 PM. It’s just a major inconvenience. Never seen anything like it.

It says they open at 10:00 here it is 10:10 and they're not open and I wish they stayed open later until 8:00 or 8:30 but yeah here it is 10:10 and they're not even open

Just went to this store on garden Street in Titusville Florida to get a phone and the employee Maria or Mary was very unprofessional very unfriendly and what we were talking she was just eating some snack or tic tac or something very rude didn't like it we went to somewhere else. Please train your employees better to respect people who pay their salary. Thank you.

Says closes at 8 drove 40 min to get to the store and them be closed and the store hours on the door say 7pm. Not happy

Absolutely disgusting customer service. The people that work in this location should not be allowed to have a job. If you don't want to work stop wasting people's time. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. SERVICE SO BAD I WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY WITH METRO AGAIN. CHANGING PHONE LINES AND ALL. IM DONE.

Besides the phone I got and my job app and bank app having bugs in it, the phone seems to work except I can't receive short code message from my only important apps. Sat at metro for over 2 hours trying to figure it out, missed 5 days worth of work, I'm happy because I have a means to communicate

I didn't take pictures but that's only because there wasn't much to take pictures of, there weren't very many phones to look at.The reason I gave so many stars is because the kid who helped us, me and my grandmother, who wanted a new flip phone and he called all the T-Mobile stores to try and find one for her which alot of people wouldn't even try because a flip phone is only like 100. Dollars so obviously I don't think he was working on commission. I don't remember his name but it was in the .mall at Countryside.
