Worst experience ever. Lady behind counter with glasses heavy set was plain rude. She had a dismissive attitude when asked about free devices. Show no empathy whatsoever . Lack of knowledge and poor people skills. She doesn't need to be in retail. Went to Cricket next to this store two agents their help and gave me the same device I asked that rude representative for. GO to Cricket.

I asked if I had an upgrade and apparently I did. The associate asked my price range and I said nothing crazy. Associate brought out 2 phones and gave me prices. Was told 330 for the Samsung. Hmm with an "upgrade" sounds kinda high but I need a phone for work. Associate grabs a screen protector and case to "see if there will be a discount". Oh yep there's a discount. After all was said and done the bill was 313. I looked at my reciept and the phone was 200$, screen protector was 45 and the case was 28. There's a 30$ service payment charge, I don't even know what that is because I've already paid my bill this month. Feel like I been scammed. Avoid go to this location

Very hard to rate a place when they're never there, but I'll try. Twice in the last month I've gone there during their POSTED business hours, and twice they have been closed. If you're trying to run a business, the first rule I would think, would be to open when you said you will be. Got there one at 11:15, with a posted open at 11. Then got there at 5:10pm with a posted time of 6pm. Not a good way to keep customers.

Before I never liked this location because of the rudeness people here but today I met Mya and she is an amazing worker. She is a helpful and understanding person. She has a lot of patience for everyone, even the rude customers. You have a amazing person on your team.

I would give no stars if possible I have had nothing but issues for the past 3 weeks the garden st store is full of both rude and fake associates especially Mary and Brianna I was sold a faulty phone and then was given the run around and when finally told to go to the Cheney store the manager there was rude and tried to sell me a new phone for more money then called Mary who was put on speaker and she yelled at me cussed at me called me a liar and threatened me all loud enough for the entire store to hear and my children the whole time the so called manager just stood there and allowed this to happen apparently these two stores allow rude and nasty and threatening treatment to customers even though it was those store associates that screwed up being a loyal customer for years and when in need of service being treated like garbage must be these stores motto i will never be giving metro my business ever again the fact that these evil humans could treat customers like this especially in front of children and other patrons speaks volumes to there character

I want to give a big shoutout to Krisha, at the store on Cheney Highway. Although, I am usually satisfied with the help I get at MetroPCS stores, I went to another store earlier in the day and was not helped. Krisha took an extra few minutes to actually help me and fix my problem! There truly is still some customer service! Thank you Krisha!

Went in to upgrade to the new iPhone 15 Pro Max, we arrived a bit later with only about an hour until the store was closing. Karolina helped us find the phone we were looking for and made it a very easy transition while also helping other customers simultaneously. She was professional, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. We were very pleased to have a streamlined experience in such a short amount of time. Thank you again!

This T-Mobile store practices deceptive and in my opinion fraudulent behavior. They will package hidden lines on your account so that when you cancel "all your services" they can and will continue to bill you and apply hidden fees. Just wanted to share my experience with the store, the employees, the manager and the company as a whole.
