I am very impressed with Ariana and Jacob! These young adults were very helpful, patient, professional and knowledgeable about products and services. The store got busy and I took a lot of their to assist me without being rude or disrespectful.

If I could give zero stars I would!! Went to store Friday to pay a bill, my husband showed up 10-15 mins before closing and Layla refused to take his payment stating that they had already dropped the register. The manager Peyton was standing there in a Subway uniform allowing this to happen. My husband has been a metro customer for years but will be finding a new company because he has to have his phone for his joband as a result of her refusing to take his payment his phone was shut off and he lost his job. Will be following up with corporate and a lawyer to make sure something is done to these irresponsible, careless employees.

Phone finally cracked this morning the grandson dropped it at point zero and a spider web crack appeared and then everything was a blurry mess. Very helpful to stop and at least update an upgrade today !

There needs to be more staff on duty. Having only one person is not only stressful, but dangerous. With the amount of people coming in the store, I was overwhelmed for the one staff person. No one could have handled that volume. It was too much and shame on you for even allowing there to be only one person for hours on end. You have an excellent employee. I would have walked out.

The cashier at this store Cheyenne saved My sanity!!!! Tytytytyty & Visited Again March 16th 2023 cause My Nokia Phone went into device lock mode, so I upgraded to a Motorola. Also Brody Thank you so so so so Much!! Very Kind and Very On point to what I needed! Im super happy and not stressed out with a new phone!!! This is My go to store!

Cheyenne was extremely helpful and maintained a professional atmosphere while making the switch for my mothers phone onto the MetroPCS plan. Thank you for going way above and beyond and making the right calls to get us on track with this amazing new phone despite our previous carriers difficulty in getting our information confirmed. Your vigilance goes unnoticed and you surely have the experience to run that store and more. Thank you! 10/10

Like Cheney Highway store is my favorite I've had so many good episodes there and they fix every one of them normally some not able but we dealt with it I have not seen the day where Brett or kealen did not give it their all to make sure I was happy here we go again Brett and Haley I have no doubts that I will be fine

Antoinette was the most helpful and patient young lady I've encountered while buying anything . I was undecided in what to get and needed more information to decide. She was able to answer all of my annoying questions without making me feel like I was bothering her. SHE'S THE BEST!
