The staff and service was excellent. They took care of my vehicle and my concerns with great care. Had a check engine light on for lots longer than I should. They fixed that issue and made me aware of other small fixes needed (burnt out bulb, filter, hood shock). I love that with their inspection they backed it all up with photos. Easy to authorize select items for repair or decline the ones I knew I could fix.

Probably the best mechanic I could have gone too. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, they explained every step of the repair to me so I could make an informed decision, and even offered alternative solutions. I went in for a power steering leak that's been plaguing my car for months and they fixed in less than a day. I was also able to get an engine leak fixed for a reasonable price, again in less then a day. They were super understanding and worked fast. I've already told everyone I know about them and I can't recommend this place more.

Ac evaporator replaced involved removing dash board. Job done well. Did have to return to have vent actuators adjusted after dash removal.

Will and Mike were both extremely honest and beyond helpful with their service getting our car fixed even took it upon themselves to deal with the dealership to get the recall work done when I was willing to just pay them to fix it so it would be faster. They went way above and got everything done as timely as possible. Very hard to find shops this honest and customer service is phenomenal, I will ALWAYS go to them first for any future work on my vehicles and recommend all friends as well. Thank you very much for your service!!!!!

After years of being a loyal customer, we can no longer justify returning. The work is top notch. The prices have gone out of control. I was given an estimate to replace my lower ball joint. $966.00! The ball joint is held in by 3 nuts and one bolt. If I were 10 years younger I would have rolled around the driveway and done it myself. I took my Honda to someone else who replaced it, and upon inspection found the left rear caliper not working. They replaces both rear calipers, ball joint and alignment for $892.00! I understand a guy has to eat, but so do we! Also on the same estimate from Premier, was to replace the valve cover for $732.84. Really? When I got home, there is minimal leakage. Checking out YouTube, I was stunned at the simplicity of this job. Just a tad more to do than replacing a valve cover on a small block Chevrolet. I can do this job in about an hour, buy a new cover for $100.00 or LESS, slam a beer and listen to music in my phone. I cannot begin to tell you my disappointment in folks I trusted for years. Sorry gang.
